Very polite doesn't service my area but he told me if couldn't find someone he would come out. So he's getting 5stars!!
Our heat wasn't working on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day in our new home. We found the paperwork from the furnace being installed by them just a few years prior, and after my husband did all the troubleshooting he could, we called. Rex asked questions in an attempt to get some sort of emergency heat going, with no luck. It was down to 47° inside our house with the crazy cold winds blowing. Not even an hour later we had a knock on our patio door and there was Rex to save the day! Our vent actually iced over with the sleeting and crazy winds, and he climbed up there to chip away enough ice so the heat could fire back up. We're incredibly thankful for Rex's knowledge as well as making a trip on a holiday!
Response was great, but communication with us was lacking. We weren't home because husband was in the hospital and if my daughter hadn't happened by, I don't know how long it would have taken to find out what was needed to fix it. Also, they had to come back because it still wasn't working and didn't turn it back on so we knew it was fixed when we got home. Also didn't call until I called them.
Rex is AMAZING he saved us thousands of dollars between a broken furnace then busted water pipes we were not sure what we were going to do..he came in and did a quick fix on a furnace after were were told by another company we would need a new one...thank you so much......God does answer prayers...
They rerouted a dryer vent for me. The quality of work delivered was exceptional! Very good communication, too. I will be doing business with them again!
Can say, if you need a AC, or Heater. Call them. Super service.
They are a very good company . They gave us very good service. Cleaned up after the job was finished. Gave us a quote and stayed with that quote. I would definitely use them again.
