Sergio Ortiz & another guy I(didn’t meet) installed my furnace and air conditioner ,they did a excellent job, answer all my questions very professional and friendly!
I forgot to cancel my Getzschman appt as another company was able to fit us in sooner. Boy, am I glad! The other company told me what was wrong and made another appt but left us with no A/C, plus charged a service call fee & mileage. A technician from Getzschman stopped by and not only looked it over, but also got it running at no charge! So thankful and impressed by their service.
This morning when I woke up our house was in the low 60s despite hearing the furnace running. Upon further inspection I noticed it was short cycling. I called a left a message before hours with Getzschman. In 5 minutes a technician called me and had me do a simple fix that corrected the problem. The furnace began running properly and in 20 minutes was at the set temperature. Prompt, excellent service like that is why I am a customer and recommend Getzschman to my family and friends.
The technician was right on time. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He even found a relay that was not working, installed a new thermostat and it is working very well. Thank you for the excellent job
I called G force after hours because of ac issues. They greeted me on the phone pleasantly and professionally. The service agent came out quickly found the issue, which ended up being our electricians mistake. But he stayed and cleaned out the ac unit and was great to work with.
The tech was on time, and very efficient. Routine check, and he covered all the bases inside and out. The company has always responded quickly when needed in the past. I definitely can refer them as an honest and professional company.
The gentleman who came by to do a free fine tuning of my new air conditioner and central was very polite, loved my pets, had nothing but kind and courtesies to say. He answered every question I had with 100% confidence. He was a blast to be around. Yes, they maybe pricey, in this case you get what your paying for and your paying for quality equipment with lots of experience and it's worth every penny. I highly recommend them.
Our AC went out on a Friday night during one the hottest weeks of the summer. They came out right away on the weekend and gave us a competitive bid. They discussed how the could improve performance not only with the high efficiency replacement, but also with the install. They worked to get us on the schedule within just a few days so we would have AC for some out of town guests; as luck would have it, there was a cancellation so we had the new system installed just 2 days later. Very professional crew. New system works great and looks great.
Jusy surprised that the technician did not wear a mask, entering multiple homes I would think they would be courteous & voluntarily do this, for their safety as well as customers. Otherwise Getzchman has always been very satisfactory with their service. I originally mentioned a billing issue, they have responded & generously offered a solution that will resolve the issue & explained our misunderstanding of the yearly service agreement. They definitely put the customer satisfaction first, highly recommend, just encourage to always address any questions you have with them.
The Getzschman team was outstanding to work with. Thoughtful and responsive to fit the right solution to my heating/cooling challenges. Fortunately the dual zone system was installed just before our hot summer temps hit. The system has performed beautifully, much better than I had even hoped. A++ experience.
They came the same day and Pat fixed everything super fast! Their customer service is phenomenal! I will be recommending them to others for sure!
I called the 800 number at 3 PM. As it is July, they were very busy and told me it would be the following week. Within an hour, I was called back and told a technician is on his way! The Getzschman service technician, Brian, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained my situation very well. He did not try to sell me anything. He only took care of my immediate problem, which I really appreciated! I have used Getzschman in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
I can't say enough good things about Getzschman. Efficient, superior training, and amazing customer service are at the top of my list. I've had other companies before and I was always disappointed. Getzschman earned all my future business. They literally exceed my expectations and that's difficult to do. Thank you so much!!!
The tech that came to the house is Pat, he checked out the furnace, heat pump and thermostat. After he verified all was working he got down to locating the problem with my ac unit. The A coil above the furnace blower is leaking and needs to be replaced. Not what I wanted to hear, looking back I've had the unit charged and no tech said anything about finding a leak. We have scheduled the service and I am looking forward to having a working heat pump AC unit for the winter. Based on my first contact and explanation of what needs to be done and estimate provided, I made the right choice. Call them you can't go wrong. Just had the G Force team out to the house my AC quit working just what I needed. Tech arrived at the time i was given, it was the capacitor that had bit the dust. Not as bad as I feared, he noticed that I have a box from OPPD that regulates my units according to demand It was wired in wrong and had the heat pump run for 5 minutes before switching to cooling. Glad i use them, they'll be the only company i can recommend in the metro.
My AC compasitor went out at 10:00 at night. I called got quick response back that they would be able to come and fix the problem that night. Showed up at 11:45 too all of 5 mins to fix the problem and he said I'll mail you the bill. Super nice friendly from starting work at 7am and still working. Thanks again.....it's service like this that I like using getzschman and will continue to do so.
Josh was outstanding! He completed the seasonal up date that we always have done. He checked back with us to see if we were satisfied before he left.
Josh made an after hours call at 9:30 after he’d been working all day. He got our AC up and running again quickly. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I always request Josh because he really knows his stuff. I appreciate his above and beyond effort.
I had water leaking from A/C Coil area. Nathan opened up the plenum space and diagnosed the problem. The collection pan has rusted out and the drain line needed to be flushed. Thank you, Nathan, for helping me decide on the next steps to be taken. Great Job!!
From the very beginning working with Getzschman they have been help and answered all my questions. They were the only ones who didn't use their bid time talking down on their competition. They got everything installed and and running in one day with no problems. They cleaned my ducts and vents so well they looked brand new in a 50 year old house. They do a great job explaining everything during their seasonal maintenance and keep everything in tip top shape. They give 5 star service at an affordable price and I will be a life time customer for sure.
