Hands down wouldn't go to anyone else....the quote was reasonable..in fact it was 600$ less than the other decent quote I got. Super friendly and always prompt. What a great experience I had with these guys🙂
My furnace finally bit the dust on a very cold night. I had already received one estimate to replace my 20 year old furnace, but it seemed a little high. The next morning I called around and collected 4 more estimates. When I called Boilerjack and sons they said they could be out that afternoon and sure enough a young man showed up early in the afternoon, and gave me a verbal estimate for my furnace. that I had to have him repeat himself 3 times to make sure I heard right. they where over 1000 dollars less than all the others! So I requested an estimate for my failing a/c and again amazing price. I opted to do both for less than some of the estimates that were just my furnace. They gave me a written estimate at my request. They came out the next morning and removed and replaced my old furnace and removed and replaced my a/c and gave me a digital thermostat. Everything works amazing. I highly recommend these guys. They are Fantastic!
This company went out of their way to help and the techs were very responsive and professional. I appreciate how far out of their way this company will go to help.
The guys they sent out did a stand up job. Stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job was done and done right. Very appreciative of these fellows.

Our A/C decided to finally die this summer in such a way that we couldn't fix it. Figuring my system was overdue for an update I went shopping about for quotes. Bolerjack & Sons came highly recommended on my Community FB Feed, as well as through Google Reviews, so I included them in my list of potential businesses. I was blown away by Frank's professionalism and quick response to my needs. He kept me up to date, constantly, when the company he usually goes through ended up having technical issues that delayed things, and never once did I feel dismissed or like I was 'just another customer.' Even though we started the process over the 4th of July weekend, he was right on top of everything. Plus, he offered me the best rate AND a huge improvement in equipment for my home. It was better offer than any of the other companies with whom I spoke. His sons came and did all the work and, despite hitting several unexpected snags with my very out-dated system, they got the job done with speed and efficiency. They ended up having to do a lot more work than any of us originally anticipated, but never once did they complain or make me feel rotten for the unexpected, additional work. They installed a new A/C system and had that up and running before they left for the day, then returned right on time the next day to finish up the Furnace and duct work, as promised. Bolerjack & Sons made this situation so much easier to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Shepherd/Huntley area for your HVAC needs. Just want to extend another huge THANK YOU to them!
We had our old AC unit stop on us just before the heat started. Frank and his business were very well priced. Half the price of White's Heating and AC. They were also able to get a new AC unit installed almost two weeks before White's could. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I look forward to using them for regular maintenance.
We hired Bolerjack and Sons to install central air with a heat pump in our home. The system works great and they were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend them if you are needing a good HVAC company.
These Guys Are Awesome!! My AC quit on a Saturday over the 4th of July. Called on Monday and after the initial inspection were upfront and honest about having to replace it. No trying to up sell me on anything! They said the new one could be installed Friday, but came out on Thursday! All of them were very nice, professional, courteous and fast! I highly recommend this company and they will always be my first call from this point on!
I had new AC service installed. While the price was competitive and the overall service was good. When I called with a concern I was told to turn the AC on and leave it run. After it ran nonstop for 4 hours I knew something wasn't right. My next call was not returned, so I contacted another company to come look at it. Turns out the freon was not filled on installation. And to top it off they took one of my shovels and even though I have asked, it has not been returned. Very poor service in my book!

My house was renovated, and as a part of that renovation, Bolerjack & Sons replaced the HVAC. From the first time we used the AC, it has frozen every time it's turned on. Frank is slow to respond, but generally helpful if it can be fixed by the homeowner. However, we recently had something in our AC flood our basement. After not responding to calls for nearly two weeks, Frank finally responded to a text I sent him and promised to be there that night. I left work early to make it home to meet him, and Frank never showed up, never responded to texts or calls asking if he would show up, and never followed up. The following day I called several times, and was sent directly to voicemail. He finally responded to a text asking if I should reach out to someone else, promising to be there that night at an agreed upon time. Again, Frank never showed up, never followed up, and did not respond to calls or texts asking if we could expect him. We've always been frustrated with our AC system, and now are beyond appalled by the service and communication provided by Bolerjack & Sons.
