Great service from everyone! Our AC was out for a few weeks while waiting on a part, & Allen & Mac stayed on top of it to make sure it arrived as soon as possible. AC part delivered & repaired same day! They followed up next day to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend! Thanks everyone!
Not willing to cover labor on a warrantied part after stating it was covered and lacking in customer service professionalism.
Initially the service and product received was good but over 11 years I have learned a I have to ask for a specific technician or a second trip is needed. Given that I am a few mile outside of their standard service area each of these trips costs me approximately 300 more just for the 45 mile drive. Even with the price of gas that one is hard to swallow. I am in search of another authorized Waterfurnace vendor.
We purchased and promptly received an excellent installation of a gas fireplace insert. We are thrilled with it's Beauty and functionality.
Came out same day that I called was hinest fast and dependable. Got my furnace uo and running the same day.
My heat went out when the outside temperature was in the negative 20's. White responded super promptly, communicated professionally, and got the heat turned back on quickly. I will be using them again for all of my HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone!
Excellent price and service! I received 3 estimates for the same job and White beat them without question. Punctual employees that are professional with a can do attitude. Highly recommended!
They don't do service in my area. It would of been helpful if they had names of company's that did.
Very appreciative of White’s service when my heat stopped working in the -20 degree weather. The tech had to get on my roof and was very thorough.
Great Customer Service, work was done as scheduled and completed. Service Tech went above and beyond, even getting a vent installed in the roof when there was several inches of snow. He did a great job. Overall recommend Whites Heating and Cooling!

Brent was great! He arrived very quickly, knew exactly what to look for, and got it up and running right away. He was very friendly, too. I will certainly ask for him in the future.
They showed up checked my ac then said it couldn’t be fixed charged me $98.00 and sent people the next day to sell me a new one and wanted me to wait for 5 weeks. I called another company they fixed my ac and gave me a quote that cam in $1500.00 less then whites. Do not recommend them at all
Fantastic service provided by White! Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday. We emailed 5 companies and white was the only to respond during the weekend. We ended not doing an emergency call, but instead called their office first thing Monday morning and got an appointment for that afternoon! Not only was the service tech great, but he even had the part needed for our 1980s furnace!! Price quoted was what we paid. Great experience overall and we will absolutely call them for our future needs.
So grateful that White's put my central air in for me! It's been three summers now. Works great and makes life so much more pleasant!

Normally I do not write negative reviews, but my experience with Whites has been that bad. My humidifier was not working properly (some steam, but not much) so I called Whites to send someone to troubleshoot it. The tech they sent out told me upfront, "I don't know much about these things". After spending about half an hour on the phone with Aprilaire, he told me that they said I needed to replace my humidistat. Thank goodness I knew enough to know that my humidistat was working fine, otherwise I would may have gone down a rabbithole of unnecessary repairs. After the tech left I called Whites and politely let them know that I would not be paying for the humidifier service call because they sent over a tech who did not know anything about humidifiers. Then I called Air Controls (Which I recommend you do from the get-go); they sent a tech over who quickly diagnosed the problem (It needed 240V instead of the 120V we had plugged into it). I upgraded the voltage and my humidifier works great! Back to Whites. I received a bill for the service call. I called them up and politely informed them again that I would not be paying the bill and why. The lady who I talked to was nice and said no problem they would get that taken care of. Next month I got another bill. I called again, and politely let them know I would not be paying and why. Again, "no problem". When the third bill arrived, and I called for the last time, they made me talk to someone who, if I recall, was a customer service manager. He was belligerent and insisted I pay the bill, because it was for a service call, and they DID do a service call. No matter that the tech they sent knew nothing about humidifiers and recommended unnecessary work. I was not so polite with this gentleman; at this point I was mad at the nonsense of the situation. Well, maybe I should have been nice to the customer service guy. Whites sent the bill for $98 (plus $4 interest LOL) to a collection agency. Here's the kicker: dealing with
So easy to work with! They did major work 10 years ago with a new heating an A/C system that runs great. Called them again for gas line and venting work—again outstanding service!
