Found the bearing system for my Frigidaire dryer and replaced it with the help with my wife, it took time and the drying machine is not squeaking anymore Thank you-Jon
I have been calling all over for a handle for my refrigerator and had no luck. Till someone told me about Sunderg being basically the only place that would order parts. I called they had my part and the two ladies that help me were so amazing! Thank you for your help.
Excellent helpful crew!
Went in with some questions about my leaky washer. Josh went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me even taking me in the back and showing me weekday I needed and what I needed to do. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
Our dryer blew fuse today and Rena was able to help me identify the part and made sure to get it shipped out to me today via FedEx. Thank you for the fantastic service Rena you rock!
Excellent customer service! This is the second time they’ve had a part for my washer and dryer even tho it’s pretty old! Thank you guys!
Pleasant, knowledgeable staff; great service; more than reasonable pricing. I had my part by Fed-Ex the next business day. Shop Local First, keep America working!
Had the part, great service!!!
Had the part I needed for dryer and took care of me quick thank you
Horrible customer service over priced parts. No wonder its dead there. An $8 dollar relay they are charging $37. Will not return
They had terrible customer service! Not only did the lady at the desk not help me she was rude and unwilling to look anything up for me.
They likely have what you need, but beware of price. I am assuming all parts are "genuine" replacements, so they carry a much higher price tag. Prices of these genuine parts are only a tad higher than online, so they seem fair prices for in town. I only wish they would carry OEM parts that can be had for a fraction of the price. After all, it is the genuine parts that are conking out in the first place, so my belief is there is not much of a reason to go genuine over OEM. However, I am also guessing OEM can not be used for warranty purposes which is probably why they wouldn't stock them. For reference, here are costs for a heating element: Sundberg (genuine): $170 Online (genuine): $140 Online (OEM): $17 That is not a typo; seventeen dollars vs. one hundred seventy dollars.
Needed to get a dryer belt to replace mine that was shredded! Walked in and they had exactly what I needed. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Heartless people
Super knowledgeable staff, just tell them the make and model of your appliance and you'll get the right part.
Would always like to shop local so I called Sundberg. The part was 145.00. On line with free shipping and two day delivery, it was 82. So 62.00 savings is something that you can’t pass up
Happy with the salesperson that helped me but the pricing here is terrible. I paid a Discounted price of $45.90 for a dryer part that I could have purchased anywhere online for $15 or less with free shipping. No need to gouge local buyers just because they are the only place to buy appliance parts in town. The salesperson told me that it was a genuine manufacturers part and what I had seen online would likely not be. Do I care? The reviews of the parts online were exceptional and therefore no need to rip people so badly for the same part.
Friendly and Courteous staff. Had my dryer motor on hand - they even threw in some technical ideas on how to replace it! Good service and great parts for service professionals and a do-it-yourself handyman like me!
Bought a part hopeing it would fix my problem however ended up being a different part so tried to take it back but was turned away do to some policy I was never told about and the only thing on the receipt states no returns with out model number so now I just wasted $60 be careful doing business here
They were very helpful
