The very worst customer service we have ever experienced. Bought a pump from an impatient employee, had problems with the pump when we got home, called them, left a message and they never returned the call. Will never go back and will definitely tell friends to stay away.

Advertised they sell sump pumps...took our old one down there and was told they dont sell sump pumps and was told to try Northwest Pipe Fittings! ...POOR customer service...will not go there ever again! NWP took care of us!
