We are building a new house and they did our plumbing rough in and installed the bath tub. They would not return calls to builder and did not finish the final job/ install fixtures. We are one week out from moving in. Went to the house to work something in the basement and found water leaking from the sheet rock and water all over the floor. I cut the ceiling out and they forgot a pretty important part of the tub drain. See picture below. Forgot to connect tub to the drain. I would never recommend this company.
Kitchen faucet leaked, toilet needed replaced months after installing by another plumber because he wouldn't return calls, he neglected to install the inline gas water heater ph neutralizer on a new build and didn't bother to mention it so we are paying out of pocket now.
I'd work there!
