Had new system installed snd it works perfectly, shipped price and his was the best! I use him on all my commercial refrigeration as well walk-in cooler and freezers plus building heat and air. I highly recommend them!

I called Brent with one heck of an issue and he was able to solve it no problem! It is no wonder that he went through HVAC trade school and that he is one of the only Certified Master Technicians in Montana. His experience reflects incredibly in his work. I will absolutely be calling Billings Heat Air & Electric in the future!
Had a wonderful experience with Brent from Billings Heat Air & Electric. He helped us with our AC unit after we returned from vacation & it wasn’t working. We appreciate the quick responsiveness and knowledge to fix our problem. Would highly recommend!

Over priced repair work. Furnace broke down a few days later, second repair man said parts were not hooked up correctly. The owner Brent got nasty with my wife when she left a bad review! Much better places to do business in Missoula!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... Tyler is unresponsive, when you do talk to him he yeses you to death, makes an appointment, then doesn’t show up or answer his phone. He is incompetent and nasty. He hung up on me. I called back! Got him on the phone. After 3 weeks of bs ( he installed my unit a few years ago btw) when I finally got him on the phone to ask if he was running late today he told me he has no one to send and I should call someone else. This was at 2 pm when I followed up on his 1 pm appointment with me. I said why did you leave me waiting since you knew you had no one to send since early this morning. . He said...welcome to Montana. I said no. There are plenty of professional and reliable businesses in Montana. DO NOT CALL THEM Unless you want to be abused and disrespected! This guy is a disgrace!
We had our HVAC replaced in November 2019. Sutton was very quick to respond and begin our process of installing a new HVAC system. I appreciated that they were willing to install the same day as it was very cold in Montana in December, however, I am not satisfied with the value of their products nor their customer service. Throughout the process, I felt taken advantage of which was confirmed when we replaced our outdoor AC unit with another installer this past summer. I was blown away with how much we overpaid for our system and service. During the process, Brett (the owner of this company) whispered with his technician in the basement, seemingly thinking I couldn't hear them. I knew he was trying to wheel and deal me. Additionally, when we were talking about payment he said to my face "Oh I don't deal with that part, the women do - you know what I mean?". Being a woman myself, I was obviously offended. Lastly, they took the door off of my laundry room (where the HVAC is located) because the inspector said we needed more air flow. When I asked them to put the door back on, Brett said "oh you don't close it that much do you?" and I was like I absolutely do. So they were going to put a vent in the door. It's February 2021 and that still has yet to happen. I put the door back on but we keep it halfway open to circulate the air. If I were you - I would stay clear of this business. You might get something done that day but you will overpay and it's possible that the work never gets completed.

BRENT SUTTON at SUTTON HEATING & COOLING in BILLINGS, MONTANA walked me thru a repair of my exterior A/C unit today step by step. Brent Sutton was patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable! The process took over an hour. We exchanged pics via text and voice phone calls to get the job done.
