We appreciated Robert coming over and fixing our furnace and thermostat. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have had another company come before and look at our furnace only to spend five minutes looking and suggesting a new filter (turned out to be more than that). So this experience was a breath of fresh air! Thank you again for your service!

I had a technician come out today. He was on time, nice, and professional. The only slight issue I had was not receiving a confirmation text. Great service, will refer and use again.
I have a leak in my crawl space, it is wet, smells and the access hole to the crawl space is very small. This I all understand. But when I asked the owner of this company, Robert Tehle, what am I supposed to do if no one will help me? His extremely rude and unprofessional response was "look, you go in there first and I will follow you" Alpine won't ever get a call from me again.
These guy know there stuff and it's not a bad thing to have plumbers with a little OCD ... I love working with these Company.
Mike was awesome! He was kind, polite, friendly, and on time! He fixed both our issues and then some. The cost was pretty average but the experience was excellent. Highly recommend!!
Alpine is the most professional, knowledgeable, no nonsense, get the job done company!! They were here when they said they would be. They came back when my part came in and fixed the problem!! I have used another Heating company and they didn't even know what was going on nor did they fix the problem.
I needed a short 4 foot gas line installed for new gas oven being delivered. Alpine came to take a look and give an estimate. After looking they said they would have to remove plumbing, install new piping and shut off valves in the WATER system! Remember, I needed a 4 foot gas line installed! 3 days later, I get a quote in my email for $2800 !!!! Imagine my distress and surprise! I called 3 other plumbers to get quotes and for the EXACT same services I was quoted $650 and $500!!! I accepted one of the quotes and the work is already done! They didnt need to remove anything to install 4 feet of gas line. I felt like Alpine was just trying to rip me off or they didnt want the job. Beware!
They were polite and responsive on the phone and were able to quickly take advantage of a cancellation in their schedule to get our AC working again. Very much appreciated their efforts!
They always send 2 techs, so double the $145/hr. AND if you get an estimate for the job, they charge that overbidded estimate, regardless of the work they actually did. And they WAY overpromise the job, do much less and charge the bid. $1250 to move a gas line for my stove. Even with the inflated hours, it comes in at $450, but they are saying because I accepted the estimate I have to pay that amount. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!
I only use alpine for any of my plumbing, heat, or air conditioning needs. Super friendly, very well priced, and overall a great company to work with.

First experience was great. Last was frustrating, didnt seem like the the tech capable of diagnosing the problem. Had him out 3 times. And called another company in between. They were finally able to take care if issue but long road

You rarely hear this, but the plumber called and asked if he could show up EARLY. We've tried a few other HVAC companies but have used Alpine for our last few jobs and been very satisfied. We ask for Mike for plumbing tasks. He's very professional and friendly. He did this last repair work in about 1/2 time I thought it would take him. The cost was very reasonable.
Mike and Zach were awesome. I was expecting a bigger bill for for my water heater but it was just an expansion tank issue. They didn't take advantage of the situation and took care of me.
