Wow, what a great company. The answering service has friendly and professional people handling customer calls so the scheduling was a breeze, great staff. They even accommodated another time window that would fit my needs so I wouldn't have to cancel. The Tech who came out to see us was George and he was so professional, knowledgeable, thorough and HONEST!!! I was a bit nervous when I initially called because you just never know sometimes with AC Repair/Maintenance Companies. I will be using ACT for all of my AC servicing. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!!! See you next year!

We have used ACT for over twenty years and have always been very pleased with their service. They have been doing the yearly maintenance for years and we have had no problems with their product/systems. Due to age of system we updated heater and AC recently. They explained in detail the different options we could go with and what would be the best system for our situation. While at our house installing units all the technicians were very professional and polite. We are very happy with new system and their service...
A crew of four just left my house after a full day of work, installing a new furnace and A/C. The phrase that comes to mind is...under promise and over deliver!! They were fabulous...punctual, very professional looking and acting, took great care to protect my house and its contents...covered carpet and careful of wood floors. I was so pleased with all of them and ACT that I really don't have words. I am so grateful that there are people willing to work these days. This crew was fabulous! I recommend ACT to anyone.

Don't waste your time parts are 600 percent marked up and it's a week later when you get service I have been waiting since last Friday and I still don't have heat it's 6 below outside and 2 below in my Mobil home. And now they won't bring my parts back so I can call someone else to fix it. Then they came back and left my heater in a shamble didn't put it back together left the motor on the ground with hot wire just hanging there what the heck are you guys smoking crack see pics-in my review more stars is bad less stars is better. Thanks Austin paybacks are a witch with a b since i had to re-assemble it myself you dweeb.
The men worked hard all day to install our new AC both were professional and courteous along with their knowledge it was a pleasure to do business with ACT.

Very professional and on time. They were a little more expensive but have used them in the past. I believe in you get what you pay for. Cheapest isn’t always the best.
I called another well known company in Billings when my AC went out I and never got a call back. ACT was able to fit me in and sent out a tech that afternoon. Awesome customer service and very reasonable price! Thank you Trevor for great service!

ACT’s customer service is second to none. Our AC went out in the night and with a call at 8am they had a technician at our home by 9am. With the extreme heat we are facing this summer, I am grateful that my wife and kids didn’t have to spend the day or longer without AC. Pat and his team are always friendly, professional, and thorough. We have also purchased a furnace from ACT and have had them on other maintenance calls. They are always prompt and we never have to wait long for an appointment. Their pricing is always fair and competitive with others in the area. Can’t recommend strongly enough!!
Last week the very professional, courtious and prompt installers showed up at my house right on time. They removed my old HVAC system and replaced it with the new HVAC system and a bluetooth thermostat. All 4 guys that were here were very professional and the system works great! They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Kudos to Chris and the guys he lead. I would highly recommend ACT for all your HVAC needs. ***** Jeff Fletcher Billings. MT.
