DO NOT USE 406 HVAC for your HVAC needs Yes, that is what I said. As a residence, we had a new furnace and central air unit installed the first week of April. Right after it was installed and since then we have had nothing but issues. We had a tech come and was supposed to show up but did not show up for the reason he quiet and nobody passed the word on to us until after the fact we had arrangements to take our dogs to daycare for the time. The secretary said we would be reimbursed for Paws and Claws daycare YA HAVE NOT SEEN THAT YET. We have had many techs come and end up topping off the freon because it is a little low and then it works for a while the first time that was done one of the techs had the nerve to say I believe someone is stealing your freon out of the system. “WHO HAS TIME AND THE WANT TO FOR THAT”? And then tells me there are no leaks. On these 90 to 100 degree day in a mobile home facing west and with a metal roof gets damm hot in here we had to go and buy a new $400 window unit in order to keep it cool enough in here to be comfortable. 406 has been at our place 5 different times to try to get it right but can't seem to accomplish that task after having the furnace front off at a time of visit from another company there was a missing parts that encloses the inside of the furnace. So that shows you how much of a hurry they are in not to do the job correctly so to say we are NOT SATISFIED CUSTOMERS DO NOT USE STAY AWAY DATES OF ATTEMPTED WORK 4/6/22 4/7/22 5/5/22 4/8/22 5/16/22 6/6/22 6/9/22 9/13/22 Wow 406 Hvac another F up found by Emerald Heating and cooling that brings over $200 in total of not needed expenses spent cause of their lack attention to detail because of a wire that was ran incorrectly that ended up to be pinched or broken due to the way it was ran. Emerald confirmed this. Again do not use these guys I cant even trust them to come out fix issues that they initially did at time of install. Owner is out for the $
The owner will not return calls after them telling me they would refund some receipts . I have tried several times to reach Curtis . Nothing but issues since April . I will keep giving bad reviews here and Facebook. This is bad business practice!!!
Matt was Very Professional and Friendly. This is the second time I have used 406 HVAC and dealing with the other companies I cannot say enough good things about the whole company,.. and the way they stand head and shoulders against the competition. Five Stars!!!
I paid them $175 for a trip charge since I dint have them do anything ,they did freon was broken and a new air-conditioning init and heater ceiling would need to be installed ,pri e over $14000 . So idaid I'll just buy window air-conditioning units. Well to day I turned on air-conditioning and it works just fine. So they were not truthful . I recommend you bypass this company . Not honest company!!!!!!
During an April blizzard our furnace decided to quit. We reached out to 406 HVAC because they indicated they sold the replacement furnace we wanted (and we decided to replace the a/c unit at the same time). The units we wanted were not in stock but rather than leave us out in the cold, they installed during the height of the blizzard and at no additional expense, a stand by furnace with the crew working both inside and outside in the snow to get the work done. 406 HVAC was timely and Drew communicated all throughout the process from helping us decide what units we wanted and needed to adhering to a timely schedule throughout the process. 406 HVAC know their stuff, are professional and i would recommend them to anyone in need of any HVAC work, without reservation.
Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Answered all questions as installation proceeded. Job completed in a little over 6 hrs., which included cleanup. Totally satisfied and would recommend 406HVAC if you need heating/AC services or maintenance.
I just want to give a shout out to 406 HVAC They have an awesome salesman named drew They also have a very good install team they are very prompt professional and knowledgeable About everything they do. I would recommend this company For all your furnace and AC needs They do Everything they say they're going to do When they say they're going to do it without any questions And again I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking to get a new unit or even a repair I just want to say thank you again For everything that this company has done for me

I have owned a restaurant here in Billings for the last 8 years. It's been pretty difficult finding an honest company to come in and do repairs on my kitchen equipment. 406 HVAC is everything I've been looking for! They are honest, on time, and just all around a great company. They are the only company that I will ever have come in and do repairs. Thank you guys!!!

Brett, Mike and all the guys were amazing. What made me even get a quote was the wonderful lady who took my call. We had several "quotes" but all were just for one option. We spoke with Brett the owner and he gave us every option for heating and cooling of our home. He took his time and gave us the best and most budget friendly option. His guys went above and beyond to make sure my family is comfortable in our new home. They made every piece of this journey wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and even worked on Saturday to get our AC up and going. Brett also made sure we were happy every step of the way. I can not recommend them high enough. They are all amazing and if you need anything you can get ahold of someone 24/7 and it's not an answering service its them. Always there to help and genuinely care. Thank you all so much.
Only pick this company if you want to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars to have your HVAC equipment more messed up after they are done than when they arrive. You will be highly disappointed and just have to call another HVAC company to come fix all of the problems like I did... plus what business owners fail to even set up their voicemail?? So you can't even leave a message...
We wake up one morning and the house is cold, like real cold. I send my boyfriend to the furnace in the crawl space to try and figure out what was wrong. He cant figure it out. He makes some calls and 406 was the only company to answer. They were so helpful and sent Kevin to us out in laurel and he was there within 15 mins. He found the problem, got it fixed for us and showed my boyfriend how to do some maintenance stuff to make sure our old furnace keeps what little life it has left. Kevin was so personable and professional as well as the lady we spoke too, Kristin? We were charged a very reasonable fee as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
After coming to my house 3 different times, they still did not fix my furnace and grossly overcharged me considering I had to hire another company to come fix it anyway. Do not waste your time or money on this place, they aren't even worth one star.
