Look no further if you want a company that truly cares. AZS delivers great service and they respond very quickly. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need, and will provide options when necessary. Give AZS a call, they will quickly become your ‘go to company’ for all of your HVAC needs.

WOW. Let me just say that I wish all businesses were like this. I called them to get a bid on replacing two air conditioning units after an odd service call by another company with a name that starts with H, and they were able to schedule a same day bid. Not only did they beat the first bid by thousands, AZS also sent a technician out to double check (and ended up fixing) the work that had been done by the other company. These guys are the greatest. I was treated professionally, respectfully, and absolutely everything was explained to me in detail. I cannot recommend them enough and will be sharing their information with all of my friends and neighbors.
When our A/C stopped cooling, I received an estimate to repair it and approx cost to replace it from the company who has done most of our HVAC work in the past. Both numbers were high, so I did my due diligence and looked for another supplier for a second opinion. I checked Ameren, BBB, Google, Consumer Reports (for the quality of the equipment they offered), and wanted someone nearby. AZS came out at the top of my list!! Steve showed up same day and gave me an honest assessment of our equipment. He got the A/C cooling again, and gave me a plan and info about replacing it in the future. I'm very grateful for Steve's top-notch handling of our situation!!
We have used AZS this past few years for the homes we own in the area. They are prompt, professional and keep our HVAC system running smoothly with an affordable cost. If they can find a better or more efficient way to do things, they check with us and fix our system above our expectation. We have complete trust in anyone from AZS that works in our homes.

We just had AZS come out to figure out why our heat wasn’t kicking on. He showed up in less than an hour and had the problem resolved within 15 minutes. We’ve had them repair our HVAC in the past as well. Always so prompt, friendly, and professional. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

I highly recommend these guys. They are straight shooters who give you the sense that they are not going to take advantage of you. They're kind of like that auto mechanic you know that's honest and won't try to upsell you something you do not need. They replaced our entire HVAC system in 2015. Just this week, while the outdoor temps were sustained at over 100 degrees, the capacitor on our condenser went out. This is a very common issue when AC units run constantly in this type of heat. Not a difficult fix for those of us who are do-it-yourselfers. The problem was, it was 5pm on a Saturday, so quickly locating a compatible replacement capacitor was going to be difficult. Temps were quickly rising in the house so I called their emergency line. They were out within 2 hours and swapped out the capacitor. They only charged me a handshake AND showed me the correct replacement capacitor on Amazon so that if it ever happens again, I could have a replacement on hand. What other HVAC company would do that? Thanks guys!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - AZS came to our house in the past maybe two times for HVAC repairs on an HVAC system we bought from some franchise place we thought was independent. Then we called when we knew our furnace couldn't last any longer, actually we thought it was 100% shot. They came out on one of the coldest days of 2021 and somehow revived the furnace with absolute skill and gave us a few options for new heating and cooling systems. They knew and we knew that the repair was short-lived and hoped it would make it for a few days. We had record cold temperatures and they called the next day saying that they could get the furnace replaced and could do the a/c in a few months. I was impressed that they wanted to help as many people as possible with their heating needs. The installation was smooth. AZS was very professional. They treat their customers like they would want their families and friends to be treated. No high pressure sales or nonsense. Their response and work ethics show they want satisfied, repeat customers and that's why I recommend them. (Patrick Christie's review is spot-on!)

I TEXT STEVE ON A SUNDAY MORNING THAT MY UNIT WASNT COOLING. I ASKED IF THEY HAD A SERVICE TEAM THAT WILL COME OUT ON SUNDAY. HE TEXT ME BACK THAT HE WILL BE OVER IN 45 MINUTES. SHOWED UP AND FIXED MY AC IN 20 MINUTES. AMAZING SERVICE. THANK YOU SO MUCH
I tried to use them. They were scheduled twice to come to my house and could not make it. I had to call them to find out they weren't coming.
I have used AZS to install HVAC in two homes. One included duct work from scratch. Beyond impressed and satisfied with the level of service, knowledge and price. Any issues I've had, they sent a tech immediately to take care of and resolved the same day. Would absolutely recommend AZS, couldn't be happier with their work.
Our furnace and air conditioner were almost 30 years old and we ended up having enough issues with them this year to decide on replacements. The AZS owner stopped by to give us a quote on various replacement options. It was clear he knew the equipment and best options for our home which was both old and has had a couple additions making the duct work unusual. He understood our needs and didn't try to upsell any products and met our needs with the proper equipment that wasn't overkill. The quotes were competitive and he actually sat down with us to go over other quotes we received and compared and contrasted all the options so we could see what recommendations were truly comparable to each other. The installed furnace and air conditioner have been great and I would definitely recommend this company for repairs or replacements.
I called Steve this morning as our furnace was leaking and flooded a room in our basement. In 2 phone calls and less than 10 minutes on the phone he was able to walk me through how to fix it. He even offered to FaceTime if we needed help! Great service, I would highly recommend AZS to anyone needed a repair.
