I cannot gush enough about this company. I've come across a couple of crooks in the area over the past year but these guys are as honest and forthcoming as you can get. They kept me informed about what was happening with my system the whole time, they made sure I knew what any parts that needed replaced were gonna cost and why I need them. They did a STELLAR job cleaning my system inside and out and they even figured out why my HVAC system was costing us so much electricity. They saved me so much money in what would have ended up being a busted HVAC system in the near future and they did it cheaper than anyone else. We're first time home owners and money is a factor. So I did my homework. Reifel has, by far, the best rates in the area. Mike and David are friendly and courteous and very good at what they do. This company is gonna get ALL of my business in the future. Call these guys with confidence!!

Reifel was the third HVAC company I contacted and after being berated by one &&& told since I didn’t have a service agreement with another I couldn’t get serviced for over 2 weeks or so. When I contacted Mike he was pleasant, kind, empathetic to me && my situation which immediately put me at ease. He let me know he was booked yesterday and couldn’t get to me until today but he would squeeze me in his schedule. I was elated to say the least! He came out and quickly found the source of the issue…did a complete inspection…and fixed the AC in no time flat!!! I wish I could give Reifel Heating and Cooling 1000 star rating!!! This place came and fixed my ex-wife's AC within 12 hours it was in the middle of a heat wave and her Siamese cat was getting upset and started hissing and biting everybody

Mike was great! I sent him pictures of the furnace and described the problem identified by my the Ameren technician. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He ordered the part and quickly came out and fixed the problem. He charged a very reasonable price and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future. Thanks Mike!
Mike Reifel and his team are true professionals. Unlike some companies, they won't sell you a complete system if you just need a part replaced. Trustworthy.
Used them twice and both times good experience
Had a furnace issue early on a Sunday morning and got a hold of Mike who, despite having the day off, dropped what he was doing and came out within 30 minutes and solved my problem. In and out within half an hour and very affordable. Mike was very courteous and professional. Will be using Reifel for all my HVAC needs going forward.
I first used Reifel Heating and Cooling when I had an issue with our air conditioner at home. Once I saw how honest they were, how good of a job they did, and they didn't try to up-sell me on everything, I have continued to call on them for my business needs as well. They have a really good and courteous crew. Highly recommended.
Kyle was the best, I have used this company several times now and would not use any other. Kyle is very knowledgeable. This company is very fair, they do not try to sell you something just to make money.

Very excellent workers and help. Had a new HVAC installed and some duct work done. Everything works perfectly. They care greatly for their customers.
We had an issue with our ac freezing up and these guys were able to fit us in the same day. Kyle the technician was awesome! He was super helpful and took the time to explain what was happening step by step. After fixing a leak in the system our ac was up and running again that same day.

The owner Mike was able to send someone out same day when our air stopped working. He was very caring and made us feel like we weren’t just another check.
