Edit: both Dave and Kelly have passed away and this is not their business anymore. They didn’t show up when I had scheduled an appointment in 2018 (the new company) just cannot say enough good things about these two! They were prompt showing up to my house and very friendly. I have had four other HVAC companies out here who have given me the runaround and try to sell me expensive and unnecessary equipment. My husband and I had actually considered selling the house we had just moved into because we couldn't get a straight answer on why it did not heat or cool efficiently at all. Dave and Kelly came over and fixed the problem in 20 minutes for $49. They did not try to sell me anything, they were just honest and knowledgeable about HVAC systems and did what needed to be done. I am just blown away by how wonderful these two were and I will always go back to them for whatever my heating and cooling needs may be in the future.

Found this company on yelp with good reviews, called and had a guy showed up 3 hours late after the initial appointment for estimate on some furnace work but it wasn't a big deal. They said they are extremely busy and they might do it this the same week on Thursday or Friday or if not next Wednesday for sure 2 days passed by I called and sure they couldn't make it this week that it was not big deal again either because they never promised to start this week . I told them that I don't live in the area I will be gone by the weekend and come back on next Wednesday morning for them to start the furnace job. On the Tuesday of the following week I called and to let them know that I need drive 4 hours back in town meet with them in the next day please confirm the appointment, the person on the phone promised their technicians will be at the property and start on time.' Next day which is the Wednesday I drove 4 hours back to the house and nobody showed up, I called their business number nobody answered or called back either. The next day I received a text from their tech saying " they weren't be able to make it and forgot to let me know??!"(I uploaded a picture of the text message), oh well they apologized and promised will start the next day in the late morning, I took their apology and give them another chance. Oh well today is the Friday nobody ever showed up In the morning I texted around 2pm asking they said their tech is on their way, now is 4pm and where are they?! Sorry this is a long story which is a very very bad business experience I just don't want anybody else have the same issues I had with them, i been doing business for years and never dealt a company like this, they will screw you up and fail their promises and of course they don't care about their customers , I'm going to file a complaint to city of sugar creek next Monday and hopefully they will learn their lesson. if you have any doubts about this business and want me proof that how they screwed me over

After Eric Angle, (Owner of right angle ranch, Complete Comfort Heating and cooling, and Complete Indoor Comfort) took ownership of this business it has become yet another business to just stay away from. Lack of any kind of professionalism.

I previously reviewed Dave and Kelly's many years ago. They always gave us the best service and were the best guys. Since then, Kelly and Dave have both passed away and someone else owns the company. I called to have someone come out and clean out our 2 year old A/C, and they confirmed the appointment but no one showed up and when I called no one answered or returned the call. We were really sad about Dave's passing, he was a really wonderful person who would have never left his customers hanging. Very sad situation. I will probably try them again in the future since our units are under warranty, hopefully things will be better next time.

I am so disappointed with Dave and Kelly Heating and Cooling. I have used them for years and so has my family. I adore Dave and Kelly, but something has changed with their customer service. I use to call and would talk directly with Dave, now when I call I talk to a woman. I called back in the beginning of April to set up an appointment to have my AC serviced. She took all my info and said someone would call. No one did. I called a week later and was told again someone would call, no one did. I called again, we are now into the second week in May, she said it will be two to three weeks before I would get a call just to make an appointment. I ended up going with a different company who was able to come out the same day and service my AC. I hope all is well with Dave, hate to see his company lose business because no one calls back to set up an appointment.

Beautiful work, professional, fast, clean, and yes, affordable. There's nothing I could complain about. I have no reason to ever look for another heating and cooling service. Edit: 2 years later, and I wouldn't recommend Dave and Kelly's to my worst of enemies. My furnace broke under warranty almost 4 months ago. It still doesn't work. Their communication is nonexistent. And their customer service is a joke. I don't know what happened, but it's sad to see such a good company do a 180 like this.

Wow is the best I can say. It is nice to have good ole fashion customer service. Our furnace died and we called and they gave life back to our almost 45 year old heater. They put a new one in a week later and when the more problems arose they fixed them for no additional cost and loaned us space heaters while the work was being done. Dave and Kelly will be my first call for everything HVAC!!

Dave and Justin replaced my AC and furnace plus humidifier. They ran into several challenges that could have increased Dave's original estimate. Dave stood by his word that if they ran into problems the price would not change. Very honest hard working team. Before i signed with Dave i researched the internet and had several other estimates.One guy was cheaper, one was the same and others were higher. Some were Amana dealers like Dave. I knew I wanted to go with Amana because they have a lifetime warranty. Dave and Justin won me over for having a competitive price, best warranty, low pressure professional estimate and over 40 years experience in their industry with a excellent reputation! I have had a lot of issues with my furnace and air conditioner since I moved into my new house. Dave and Kelly's have been my go to every time. I have a home warrenty and specifically request their services. And when they're unavailable I just call them myself. They're fair, honest, and great people. Ive come across people who know have used them too and have never heard a bad thing to be said. Seriously great people and excellent service.

Super fast & friendly A/C fix!!!! My Unit stopped blowing cold air yesterday afternoon with a house full of children. I called Dave & Kellys around 7pm expecting a machine like some other places. Dave himself picked up right before they closed & diagnosed the problem over the phone. I called him bright & early this morning to set up an appointment. Once again Dave himself answered. He gave me a courtesy call & was right over. Problem (capacitor blown) was fixed in 20 min. He truly is a friendly, honest man .Highly recommended Thank you!!!!

After reading so many great reviews, I called Dave when my ac fan stopped working. He said he was booked, but luckily, I live close by. So he swung by in half an hour and my house was cooling again within minutes. Simple, honest, and very personable. He also offered a great warranty on both part and labor. Highly recommend and I have definitely found my HG cooling and heating company.

NKC/Liberty I spent quite some time this past fall getting estimates from reputable HVAC firms and in the end got (4) estimates. My ultimate goal was to find someone I could trust, had a competitive price and could provide good manufacturers equipment/warranty. I'm very detailed and picky so I always spend a few months planning and researching. In the end I chose Dave & Kelly's based on the initial consultation with Dave and the overall value they could provide. They were not the low bidder however, they were competitive and I felt that they were the best overall value based on price, installation, equipment and warranty. My planning paid off Dave and Justin replaced my indoor and outdoor unit and were very competent with the entire installation. They were also very respectful of keeping my basement clean and used drop cloths. I have a two story home and Dave also installed manual air dampers in my supply ducts to give me the ability to throttle the air flow distribution between the two floors. The initial install was performed 12/26/16 with a follow up trip this spring to start up the outside unit. The first warm day this spring I called Dave on Sunday and he had Justin come over Monday morning to start up the outdoor unit as committed. If you are looking for a no pressure family business to replace or maintain your home HVAC system Dave & Kelly's is solid local company. Our furnace stopped working last night and after calling our usual service company they determined I would need a new motherboard which would run around $800 and take a week to get the part ordered and installed. Instead of spending that much on a repair on an older system I started calling different companies for quotes on a new more efficient system. I called Dave to get a quote and he came out the same day, a Saturday, to show me options for new systems. He offered to look at my old furnace and after a couple of minutes found that a fuse in the motherboard had blown. He walked me through the diagnostics as he worked out that the heat pump was causing the fuse in the motherboard to to blow. By disconnecting the heat pump our furnace is once again heating our home and I did not have to spend $800 on a part that would not have fixed the problem. Dave was very professional as he explained my options. My dog loved Dave for the dog biscuits he carried in his pocket and I loved the knowledge and honesty he displayed during the visit. It is safe to say I highly recommend Dave and Kelly's Heating and Cooling and I have found a new HVAC service company.
