I can’t say enough about good things these guys. I had an after hours call and they were extremely responsive and communicative to help us out. Turns out our compressor was bad and needed a new AC unit, but it being a holiday weekend made it terrible timing to get a new one the following days. They installed window ac units free of charge to get us by for the weekend until we could get our new AC unit put in. We ended up needing more materials than initially expected and they still honored their price. Even after all said and done and everything installed the guys who were out here cleaned up some of our duct work because whoever previously owned this house didn’t do it well. Again extremely communicate and professional. I’ll always recommend these guys/use them going forward.
I can't put into words how much this business helped us out during a very bad time. Our home was subject to the historic 2022 flooding that plagued the area and this company bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. They were professional, prompt, considerate, and compassionate. Other companies voiced their "sympathy" but Missouri Furnace & Air Conditioning was the ONLY company that did not take advantage of our situation. They not only gave us a fair price but the job they did was high caliber quality work and done in record time. They made promises to return to finish some areas that were inaccessible and made efforts to fulfill those promises without prompting. Great service! I will be using this company again in the future. EDIT: 2023-06-05 I had yet another great experience with this company over the weekend. I can't stress how great Missouri Furnace & Air Conditioning is. My AC unit failed due to my own negligence and they came out promptly on a Sunday to fix the problem. Apparently my system had collected a massive amount of build-up on the external coils and that in combination with a power brown-out had caused a capacitor to fail. The technician quickly replaced the faulty part and removed my system's unnecessary 'sweater' as he called it. They continue to provide the same great service I have come to expect to this day.
I had a new ac and furnace installed a year ago. The man who installed it had been out almost 10 more times due to having issues. Needless to say he stopped answering my calls. I called Rheem and they referred me to Missouri furnace and air conditioner. Mike came out with out me having to wait to schedule an appointment and assessed our problem and was very professional and found our problem and fixed it with ease. Mikes coworker Bob did come out to confirm his 2nd opinion. Hopefully no more issues but if I do every have a problem again, Mike is who I’m going to call.
We are long time customers of Missouri Furnace and they went way above and beyond to solve our heating problem. We needed a new piece for our furnace and of course it was backordered from the manufacturer. We used space heaters that Missouri Furnace supplied us free of charge for a while, but when we were headed for a period of very cold weather, Missouri Furnace came and installed a temporary furnace free of charge. When it became obvious that the backordered piece was not coming any time soon, Missouri Furnace arranged for the manufacturer to send us a brand new furnace free of charge and it was also installed free of charge. We highly recommend Missouri Furnace!!!
This time I needed a waterheater evaluation and repair. Caroline took my call and got back to me the same day with an appointment for the next morning. Aaron showed up with his trainee, Caleb. After I said what happened, Aaron was on it. I stayed out of their way and was amazed at how quickly things were getting done. What a relief. As a retired, disabled veteran I also get discounts. Can't beat that! I stayed with Missouri Furnace after I bought the four unit apartment I had been renting in over eleven years. The previous owner used their services a number of years. Mike sent a two man team to take care of the hvac maintenance scheduled for April. These guys were on time, knew what they were doing and I could relax. I made sure to renew my maintenance contract. I stick with the winning team.
Mike and Bob came out for a second opinion prepared to actually work and inspect. The first company told us we needed a new furnace immediately without ever looking at the parts. Some tech had to keep calling his boss secretely outside our home. Mike and Bob took their time in actually testing the heat exchanger and scoping to view in order assess safety and function. Since it checked out okay, we were saved from having to pay for a new furnace. They were very professional, educational, and actually improved the perfomance of our furnace before leaving. This company has professionals that are passionate about what they can accomplish as artisans, not just what they can sell. I highly reccommend Missouri Furace & Air Conditioning to anyone.
Mike is a great technician. He is very knowledgeable and was willing to help us fix our old furnace 25+ years old and was very thorough in inspecting the safety. We would highly recommend him and his staff. They are dependable, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I completely trust this company for my heating and air conditioning needs. Compared to several other companies we have used Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning has been the most efficient and honest. Also very reasonable in pricing. Highly Recommend for your family!

Extremely honest! They will not overprice their services like many other hvac companies. Mike is an amazing tech, he showed us how to fix the problem we had and was the absolute best! 10/10 very highly recommend!

My heat stopped in the middle of the night with temperatures outside of 17 degrees. Mike at Missouri Furnace immediately returned my call and walked me through rebooting my thermostat. They did this free of charge! Every other company told me I would have to wait until Monday. Today is Saturday! This is my new go to for HVAC!

Our AC went out on a miserably hot late July Saturday, so I called to see if I could schedule an appointment. Mike made arrangements to come within an hour on a last minute Saturday night call. He arrived when he said he would, had the part on his van, and we were up and running in no time! The fee was reasonable and we were really thankful that he came when he did. I put him in my contacts for our future needs. Highly recommend!
When my A/C stopped working I called Missouri Furnace & AC. Jake was here in 2 hours which was 7:30 pm on a Friday~No extra charge. Bottom line~I needed a new HVAC. To keep my old AC running until the new unit could be installed he tried to put in a temporary motor but that was not possible so he installed 2 window units. All to keep me comfortable! I was very impressed with their commitment & friendly service. We have used Missouri Furnace & AC for years and have always been pleased. But this was over & above any service I’d ever experienced! Jake was Not leaving until I had AC! He had to make a 45 minute trip to pick up the window units. He had trouble getting the screens out. It was late & he should have been home fir the weekend. But he got it done all while maintaining calm, friendly& efficient! I would highly recommend this company.
After getting an overpriced quote from another company Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning treated me fairly. I paid a fair price and my furnace was fixed within a few hours ofcalling them. So nice to find an honest company that treats you well, especially in these rough times.
AC fan stopped working , it was late evening and tried other folks but no help. Then we called Missouri Furnace and they immediately arranged technician to look into it. Mike came in 2 hours after the call and it was dark but tried hard repair the AC for us for the night. But it ended to be replace the fan motor. He came back next day with new motor and replaced it. Mike is skilled professional. I was very impressed by his customer service attitude . Thank you Mike and Missouri Furnance. AC working fine now.
