Mike was so polite, thorough, and easy to work with. He walked me through his evaluation after completing maintenance, took time to explain things in a way I could understand, and offered to send me multiple quotes to make things easy for me to review. He also offered to change my filters for me as a courtesy while doing his inspection. Top notch service.. I’ll plan to use them for all my future needs!
Mike came out to remove the AC so roofers could replace underneath. They set us up with temporary units until the roofers were done! They let me know I was due for a service, however didn't try and upsell different unnecessary products like many do! Awesome job!
Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning were very prompt and very transparent. We really appreciate the honesty and hard work the tech did. He was very understanding and easy to talk too. The technician from Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning did a really good job at installing a new water heater and softener. Was really professional during the visit, and answered all the questions we had. Would wholly recommend this company for its timely, cost effective and professional work. Keep up the great work!!

I had the most pleasant professional experience with the technician! He frequently comes through my place of work and had noticed that our unit could use some cleaning so he gave us some awesome tips to be sure we could maintain it allowing it to work better for us on a day to day basis! Amazing service! Thank you for putting up with my short notice and finding me a space in your schedule! A very professional serviceman attended to my meticulous needs and requirements. They were in and out within 2 hrs. He cleaned up after himself as well. Good job guys!
Scammers, unlawful business under investigation by several legal entities. PLEASE don't let these dangerous unlicensed technicians in your home. Protect yourself, your money and your loved ones.
This company cancelled a scheduled emergency visit at the last minute,.. refused to reschedule and after holding on the phone for 20 minutes they hung up. I finally spoke to 2 supervisors who told me 2 different unbelievable conflicting excuses, screamed and SWORE at ME ...and hung up. They don't have a web site, they DO NOT have a license. PLEASE be careful.
Our Heater went out on Christmas eve. We called Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent out a technician within an hour and he was able to fix it very quickly.He also took his time to explain to me what he was doing and answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
The technician from this place and did his job. He was very honest about the services that needed attention. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my cooling unit and everything that's involved. I will hire them next time.
As always Lampert Emergency guys are the best. Knowledgeable about the equipment, very professional and friendly!!! I needed a part that was not on the truck and the specialist called and someone drove it right over! Always a pleasure to work with!

Lampert Emergency Heating & Air Conditioning put in our AC unit 2 years ago & they were excellent to work with so we knew who to call to replace our furnace. Once again great price, unit & service. Tech is extremely knowledgeable and exudes confidence. They do everything as promised in a timely, efficient manner. The crew was meticulous. Our new furnace, humidifier & air purifier are wonderful.
