An excellent service from start to finish. Thomas came to see us and explained very clearly what was needed and promptly provided a quote. Theybfitted the system. They were very helpful and polite and we strongly recommend them.
Replaced my system in the spring with these guys. It was clear they were invested in providing a quality product and a professional service. Install was clean and they have followed up to make sure the system continues to work well. I would definitely recommend Hoover Heating And Air Conditioning.

I had Thomas come service our furnace. He was very nice & professional. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use this company again.
Called this am informed them that we had oil heat they said they had technicians that worked on them. I scheduled an appt. for that day between 2-5. They charged my card 70$ for them to show up which was fine but they never showed or called when I called them they said no one works on oil furnances there.. not sure why they would charge me and set an appt . When I finally talked to manager very rude and short. Would recommend anyone else but them..poor business practices and uniformed employees. Terrible manager.

Thomas arrived first to clean the ductwork, then the crew came to replace my unit. I was surprised at how well the crew worked together, they were a true team, were professional, respectful to me and to each other, and knew what they were doing. Thomas even stayed after the ducts were cleaned to help the crew move the heavy unit. They finished their work timely and left everything clean. They made sure everything was working and made sure I know how to use my new heating/air conditioning unit.

Making sure that the customer is truly satisfied and that they have the right product to suit your needs. They don’t over sell you. Love this company. We are very happy with the Air Conditioner that Hoover Heating And Air Conditioning installed for us. He is very knowledgeable and knew what we wanted. Any emails to him were answered immediately. He was available from the start of the project until the end. His team was great. They never stopped from the time they came until the job was done. The site was left neat and tidy and the old conditioner taken away. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any other project.
Our AC system stopped working on a Friday evening and Hoover Heating And Air Conditioning were able to send out a technician immediately. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly and his charges were very fair.He explained everything he was doing to us and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed and will highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service. Outstanding knowledge of possible issues and corrective actions towards the A.C. unit. Dan responded very fast and was at our home within 15 minutes. He located the issue and fixed it quickly. He informed us of what the issue was and how to remedy it. The pricing was awesome and I highly recommend this company for AC needs. Superb!!

Hoover Heating And Air Conditioning did a great job. They kept us updated all along as to what he was planning to do to make sure we were in agreement. The heat pump, HVAC units and related conduit they installed inside and outside of the house works great. Would definitely recommend them to others.
