Great to work with. Informative. Good employer that retains his good technicians over the years. Dressed in company shirts and pants. Have babied my old cooler/ heater for nearly 4 years. Have sent pictures to my HOA when I first moved in. I highly recommend Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning!

The thought of having to replace my AC unit was quite fearful and stressful. However, when I connected with Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning, my fear was relieved and stress reduced. My first contact with the company was Carton. He was quite responsive, compassionate, and professional. He even responded to my texts on the weekend. The team that installed my ac unit arrived on time and stayed focused on the job. I couldn't believe they didn't break for lunch! They worked throughout the day until the job was completed. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning! I can not imagine a company that would exceed their level of service!
We have used Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning for our maintenance of our furnace and air for years. Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner recently was the same great service that we were accustomed to. The installers were on time, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!
Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning came out the same day I called, on a holiday weekend. The tech reviewed the system, explained the issue, and gave me multiple options for addressing it. He answered my many questions patiently. I absolutely recommend them for reasonable and knowledgeable service. Five stars!!
We received 3 quotes from different companies for ductless heat pumps and installation. All were about the same price, however, Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning was the most thorough during their appraisal. They took measurements, estimated our insulation rating, and asked us about our aesthetic preferences for the piping outside of our house. Am glad, thanks!
I had Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning come out and diagnose a mitsubishi mini split that was not working . I had a previous contractor unable to diagnose the problem. The airmaster was able to diagnose that the original installation was not done properly . They came back the next day and installed a new system. Their technician Bret was excellent . Both techs installed the new system . They were very careful in the house ,clean and efficient . I am 100% SATISFIED AND PLEASED!
My service tech was very courteous and very professional, he explained what he was doing to clean my furnace and knew his trade very well, I had a new blower installed and he said the furnace was running great for it being 10 years old. I also asked him about putting central air in my new home and asked the price, he said that they were a small business so he could give me a fair price. He had complete trust in his company, that is rare these days to see and hear. Thanks, Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning for the awesome service! I will most definitely be a repeat customer.
I contacted Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning for an estimate to replace an evaporator coil and AC condensing unit. The technician came out and provided the estimate. He was honest and provided us with three options that fell within our budget. The technicians show honesty and have reasonable pricing. It did not feel like they were trying to up sell. It also helped that, out of all the estimates. He was accessible and answered all of my questions before installation.
I’ve used this company twice now. Very quick response times and rather fair pricing. Daniel has serviced my house both times (I requested him the second time) and he actually cares about making sure your home is comfortable. He walks you through everything he is or will do. He doesn’t try to have you buy unnecessary things or pressure you into their service package. In all, this is the only company I’ll use for my future services. i definitely recommend
On Friday I called and they said they'd be there from 2:30pm to 4:00 pm. At 4:45 I get a call that they won't be able to be there until next week on Tuesday. So, I had to wait all weekend in the cold and it was too late to call a different company. When I tried to call at 4:55pm on Friday to cancel there was no response.
I was told a time on a Friday we would get a visit from 2:30-4:00. At 4:25 I got a call they would not be in until next Tuesday for heat. At that point it was too late to call anyone else unless I pay an after hours fee. So we got screwd over for the whole weekend. When I called back to cancel the Tuesday appointment, of course they didn't answer.
I have been a customer with Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning for several years. They have been providing maintenance service on all heating and cooling units in my house. Their technicians are very thorough, prompt and efficient.Their charges are also very fair.I would recommend them.
I had two furnaces and two air conditioning systems installed. The installation process went well and we are well pleased with both systems. We had multiple estimates and Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning was very reasonable. It was a pleasure working with them and I give them my highest recommendation.
The repair man was very professional and courteous. Worked quickly and efficiently, even when he encountered unexpected problems. Had an excellent knowledge of heating repair. Would highly recommend them to others in need of heating repairs. Would hire them again.
Excellent contractor and excellent team. They installed rheum furnace and ac unit with econ et control center at my home last month. All units are working excellent. I can monitor and control temperature from my i phone. I can suggest Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning contractor to everyone as he is very reasonable with the price.
I highly recommend Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning. I just had both of my air conditioning units replaced. Both young men were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Their installation was outstanding and above the area industry standards I have experienced with other air conditioning companies.
Mike is absolutely one of your best technicians. He spent time with me reviewing the system and the maintenance procedures that I should know about, things that I can do myself to reduce wear and tear on my system. He is polite, professional, experienced and everything that anyone would want in a technician. I would welcome him back to my home anytime thank you Mike for a fantastic job!
My AC was not cooling my house down for some reason, so I called Mike for the repair. Very professional, courteous and provided a great assessment. Nothing pushy, just a couple of recommendations to think about going forward to keep our system in tip top shape. What a relief to "know" someone who puts a premium on quick, prompt service!!
Woke up this morning to find our main ac was not working properly. Called Darrell Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent Mike over within the first 2 hours who located and fixed the problem. He was prompt, efficient and courteous. Mike really knows his stuff and always has a smile Great Service!
