Kaitlin was our new tech who serviced our AC. She was extremely polite and went above and beyond when she checked voltage on fan and compresser. After Kaitlin cleaned the coils she measured and showed us how the efficency number improved. We were impressed and will request her again! Thank you so much!

4/13 - Kaitlyn was our technician today for our yearly spring checkup. Very thorough and she did a great job. Checked the inside unit and then went outside to check the compressor and she cleaned the coils on the compressor. Excellent job Kaitlyn! Thank you to Arco and team for keeping my HVAC system running and maintained. UPDATE - We made the decision to purchase new furnace and air conditioner from Bluestream and they installed the new equipment on 6/25. The installers did a awesome job! They started at 9 AM and left when the job was actually done - cleaned up their work area, helped me reconfigure my existing Nest thermostat. Very happy with everything that BlueStream has done for our family. They have a customer for a very long time. Original review: A/C unit started making a rattling noise on Friday (5/29), I called Blue Stream and spoke with Toni, who immediately scheduled a technician to come out to our house. Toni was very friendly and told me that she would touch base with me later that day to let me know if the technician would be able to come by before end of day. Like clockwork, she called me back to let me know that the technician wouldn't be able to make it by and she scheduled me for Saturday (5/30). Todd was our Technician was on time super through, he was able to resolve the issue, but then also went over his write up with us and was there was no pressure. Later that afternoon I got a phone call from Toni and she scheduled an appointment for consultation on possibly replacing our air conditioner and furnace as the units are quite old. I can't really rate on Good Value, but I have to say that they only charged me for a diagnostics charge and Todd the technician was here for over an hour. Todd was very knowledgeable and thorough by on his inspection. Great job and I am looking forward to continuing to work with Blue Stream.

Brian, Katlin and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Booties were worn anytime inside. They took the time to listen about the current system and did a thorough cleaning and explained all services provided. I will definitely continue to use Arco for all my HVAC needs.
