This place is unbelievably great!! Bryan was an absolute pro at his job and prior to his service call spent a great deal of time trying to help me resolve my A/C issue over the phone. Like 25 minutes helping me. Unfortunately we couldn't get it done and he came the next day on time, super friendly and really explained all the things needed and didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need done. This was really a great experience for which I'm thankful! I fully recommend this amazing place for all your HVAC/AC needs.

Brian , the service tech serviced our unit. After carefully checking the Hi/ Lo pressure readings, he explained that we only need to keep the condensor coils clean and change our filter regurly. This unit is about 25 years old and I asked for a bid on rrreplacing, He said he would turn over the info to Ian as he does the bids. We had used Ian in the past to replace a unit on our rental house couple years ago and they did quality work at a reasoable cost Thanks Arch Air!

Very happy with Arch Air Services. Ian and Eric were very professional and answered all my questions before I pull the trigger to purchase a new Furnace and AC system for our house. After several bids they offered me the best value and a very good equipment (Run Tru by Trane) Other companies offered us similar pricing, but a lower quality brand equipment and that did not met the new Seer 2023 standards for our region. Be aware of that when you shop for AC/Furnace equipment. It was a very fast installation and they clean after finishing so everything looks like they were never there. Will used them again no doubt!

I purchased a heating/cooling unit shortly after moving in to my “new” 118-year old home. Arch Air was efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. 9 months later, I had questions about changing the filter. They sent a guy named Andy who was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He allowed me to video him changing the filter so I can review how it is done if I forget again . I asked him a lot of questions and he patiently gave me all the information I had forgotten from the installation. I love this company!
