We are building a new home and we are our own contractors. We had someone build the house and then we find and hire everyone to do the inside work. I hired r&b before we even started building, once we got to the point we were ready for them to come out, they came out 2 days later. I was expecting to wait at least a week or more since I couldn’t give them a for sure time of when we’d be ready for them. I think it was 2 or 3 days it took them to run all of our duct work and installing the furnace. I asked them to move a vent and they very kindly did. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. A couple days after they had finished I had noticed something that hadn’t been done, which was completely my fault because I forgot to bring it up to them. I contacted them and they sent the guys out that day to get it done. They could’ve very easily told me, that part wasn’t discussed so you’ll have to wait a few days until we get an opening. I’m very pleased with this company and happy we chose them.

I HIGHLY recommend R&B Heating and Cooling! This is my first house and I desperately needed a new A/C (old one was 45 years old! 😬) A friend recommended them to me and not only were they very friendly and professional, but after the initial check up on my system they had the new A/C installed the next week! I was also given multiple options to choose from with different prices so I could choose what fit my budget best (the other place I got quoted from only gave me one option.) I have since put in 2 different service calls with them and both times they've been out the same day to help! As a new home owner who knows nothing about HVAC, it's comforting to know I always have someone I can trust with my home's heating and cooling. If you need a guy, call them first! 😊

The Team from R&B Heating responded quickly to our reported furnace problems / insufficient heat. As it was in the 0 Degree temperature range outside with falling temperatures for the evening, getting a service done was a top priority. As above they responded quickly, Thank you Rich , and had a service visit that Thursday evening at 5:45pm by Brian. Thank you Brian. Furnace was quickly repaired during this late evening service call and now we have heat. In most cases I do not provide a review but in this case based upon their 100% focus to customer service , fair pricing and professional business conduct I do provide a 5 Star Review and would most highly recommend them for your heating repairs. Richie came out for your standard service call and didn’t try and highball is with a bunch of expensive ads on. Explained everything very thoroughly and professional. Was only charged for ONE GALLON of Freon and the service call. Under $150!!! Saved on what I had expected.
I called they showed up an hour later diagnosed my problems and came back the next day and fixed everything. They even inspected my a/c unit as well and made sure everything was working properly. They worked fast and respected my home. Highly recommend
Called these guys after hours on a Friday. Brian was at my house within 30 minutes. They ended up replacing my furnace and AC. Great work, service and pricing. These guys are my go to's from now on.
We had our old unit replaced last fall. They helped us pick the perfect unit for our home and budget. It has been amazing. The guys were great and so fast when they installed it.
R&B came out to repair an old heat pump that was leaking Freon, I was expecting that I would have to replace the unit, however they found the leak and made the repair and had us up and running! Super pleased with The service.

If you need quality R & B Heating and Air should be your #1 choice. I would not use any other contractor. Richie and Brian bring experience and knowledge to any HVAC situation whether it be general maintenance or a complete installation. Impressive integrity, quality of workmanship and fair pricing. Richie and Brian conduct good business. What more could you ask for!

My "go to" guys for my properties. I have several rental properties and have done business with many companies who were over-priced and un-professional. These guys are fast, value priced, and professional. This company has EXCEEDED my expectations each time I have had them out. I hate to give away my "secret" true professionals but they are too good not to share! They truly set the standard and you will be thrilled when you meet them. Super good guys for sure!
My experiences with Brian and Richie have been beyond my expectations. Brian has been my go to heating and cooling tech for years and has kept my system up and running. I am currently considering upgrading my 25 year old system. He and Richie have spent a great deal of time educating me and making sure I fully understand all my options so I can make the decision that is best for my family. They have been a pleasure to work with.
Had issues with my AC not working and gave Richie a call. He came out the next day first thing and got things up and running for us. He was very informative. Gave my husband some tips on how to make our system work better and more efficient.
