Service was excellent, as has been the case previously.. Communication was very good. The technician arrived as scheduled and the work was done within the estimated time.

I had a tech come out to my home and fix a few issues I was having with my AC. He was professional, courteous and quick. The cost of the service call was very reasonable. I've used this company in the past, and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I love this company. They put new cherry flooring in my house, and did a great job. Christy was very helpful, and the men who came out to do the work were very professional and polite. I was worried about the cost, but it turned out to be less than 10k for all of it. I highly recommend them!!

Richmond Heating and Air Conditioning delivered another quality service. My serviceman was timely and delivered the needed service with the knowledge and experience to get the job done. It was a pleasure knowing that he could do the job. I won't use any other business for my heating and air system needs.
I recently used their service to troubleshoot a problem with my ducted heater. They called on the day of the service, as they had promised. They did an excellent job and cleaned up before leaving. Excellent, prompt service.
