We had a new furnace installed. Aaron, Brian and the guys are all awesome. Professional and prompt! They explained and answered my questions concerning our heating and cooling system and were very knowledgeable about it. These guys know their stuff and do great work. The name fits well. A/C was not working and they sent a tech over same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to troubleshoot and repair issue in about an hour. Prices were very reasonable. Would recommend and use again! Thank you Hometown HVAC!

After our A/C unit broke down, we decided to have a couple of reputable companies come out and look at it. We were told the unit could not be repaired and had to be replaced. They were all very professional, but Hometown Heroes was able to give us the best price. They responded fast to our service request and they would have installed the new unit that same afternoon had we been available. Overall, we are very content with the quality of services provided by Aaron, Brian and the rest of their team.
Service was excellent. I like that the ac unit is raised off the ground and mounted to the foundation. The tax break for installation of the solar vent made the total cost much less than competitors.

Fast and friendly visit from Andrew to get a bid on installing a dryer vent—then quick scheduling, excellent service from Lloyd and great value overall. We will definitely use them again and would recommend to friends/neighbors!
Had to call them out on Christmas Eve to figure out the plumbing problem with the furnace. Love the professionalism and the speed of the dispatcher and technician. They figured out our issue, fixed it, charged a reasonable amount and did a great Job.

Was able to give a referral for a family needing a new furnace. They had a give away and they chose this family as a recipient. They came out and looked at the system and the day after Thanksgiving put in a furnace. Thank you so much this is a great relief for the family one less worry in a difficult time.
I’m always skeptical when I read reviews so I try to be as honest as possible. This company is amazing. Their response time is impeccable. I didn’t even have time to call other companies to compare. They were accommodating and personable. Very communicative so you know what to expect and what’s going on. When Andrew arrived he had a warm smile, which made me feel comfortable.He didn’t try to Upsale or haggle me. He found the issue quickly and fixed it. This company will now be one of my staples and is a favorite 💛
Way too expensive for furnace & ac plus 8 flex supplies for room additions, 650 sq ft. Bryan - owner/ sales person, you should bring sales tablet, measuring tape, flashlight..you brought nothing, you did not take any notes....but you thought you were bringing your game of complete 2 Ton system & 90+ 70k and cheapest 6 supplies quote for $15,000..this is 650 Sq ft room additions. I'm a single woman you did not care to take advantage of, due to the economy you are price gouging your prices! My equipment cost only $3816, ductwork under $300..rest is not labor! I'm a previous HVAC Owner/Installer...Never took advantage of people like you are trying to do! Shame on You!
Arrived at the time they said they would. I was contacted by multiple people from Hometown Heroes. Lloyd arrived to assess my 2006 heating and cooling system. AC seemed ok, maybe minimal repairs, but the furnace was dangerous. I was shown the damages and decided to replace the entire system. David and James arrived at the time they said they would. Pleasant and professional. They got right to work and did not stop until the job was done. Clearly explained the unit to me, and very patient with all of my questions. I was satisfied I had made the right choice when I went with Hometown Heroes Heating and Cooling. Customer service was awesome and seemed like they were in touch with me daily. The gentlemen that came to my home were very professional and personable. Tolerated (liked) my dogs who were very comfortable with David and James. Hometown Heroes Heating and Cooling were awesome. I strongly recommend them! Stress free!
I highly recommend Hometown Heros Heating and Cooling!!! Andrew, Bryan, Lloyd and the receptionist. Thank all of you !! They were amazing!!! Our furnace wasn’t working at all on the 2 nights that it got down in the 20’s, Lloyd, he was very professional, polite and explained everything to me!! He diagnosed the problem, which was the main board. He had 2 boards in his van, neither were compatible with our furnace, they ordered a 3rd board which still wasn’t compatible. All the time that this was going on, Bryan was communicating to me what was going on. They were having a hard time finding a board, but, that didn’t stop them!!! They found the board!!! Andrew came out and installed the board for us, he was very professional, polite and beyond a nice guy!! They are all amazing!! They will be the ONLY place I will go to for any of my Heating and Cooling needs!! They are very prompt at returning calls and keeping you informed as to what’s going on!!
Called and set up a 4 pm appointment they called and asked if they could arrive early. A well groomed, professional, intelligent and friendly technician showed up and had the problem diagnosed in a few minutes, told me that the main board was under warranty, went and picked it up and installed it and only charged me 200 dollars. Best experience I have ever had with a repairman.
Came within 30 minutes of the call, and they did a full service, worked with the discounts and insurance details, would easily recommend!
I cannot say enough about how great they are! I will only use them from now on. On time, great communication, did exactly what they said they would do.
Without a doubt the best in the area. Customer service is top notch. They didnt try to sell anything but presented me with options. Zero pressure to do anything. Andrew and Brian are two incredible guys.
