CLOWNS!! it's a joke! i had a second opinion for what they recommended for $700+ the second company repaired it for >$200 thanks for wasting our time CM Mose and Son
I met with three companies before choosing CM Mose. They were by far the most professional and reasonable. They really helped me sort out my big electrical issues. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

Reece was most helpful. Our issue was batteries we did not install correctly. Reece installed them correctly at no charge. He even turned off the lights when he came back up from the basement. That was much appreciated.
I was leery of making the call, because I figured I would hear that my 21 year old unit couldn’t be repaired and would need replaced! The lady that answered was very nice and after hearing my work schedule, was able to work around it and fit me in the next day. The technician (Kyle) called me ahead of time and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional, and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. The service call fee was well worth the expertise! I would use them again and highly recommend!
CM Mose & Son Has installed a Whole House Generac Generator and a Lennox HVAC System in our Home! We had the Generator installed because we have health issues and don't want to have power outages from the electric company impacting our health. They have always been super helpful and nice. All of their technicians are always friendly, polite and efficient. I have no problem recommending CM Mose & Son to anyone needing Plumbing, HVAC or a Whole House Generator.

Our AC wasn’t cooling. I called and they had a repairman/technician in the area and came out within 3 hours, after finishing another job. Kyle was nice and went to work quickly and found the problem right away. Had to reset the system and it’s working great now!! Only charged the service fee!! So pleased!
Brad was our technician and an apprentice. They did a fantastic job replacing our electrical panel. I would highly recommend. Can’t say enough about their professionalism and expertise. Thank you!

I am a 8 year customer and angry at learning they are charging a ridiculous amount to replace a capacitor at $471!!! I have called 4 other companies to learn that the reasonable customary is in the range of $150-$180. This is how they treat a long time customer that has even sent referrals to them. They say it was a system glitch and say they can shave off $125. Which is STILL well above the reasonable and customary!!! I even found a company out of Clinton Missouri that would have come up to do it for $180!!! Guess we will NOT be buying our new AC Unit from them. When you get their bill they also will not itemize it so you can see the part cost vs labor. Look it up Capacitors range from $8.50 to $38.00. pretty step mark up to charge a customer $471!!!! Going forward I will not recommend them anymore don’t want to have excess charges done to any friends or family!!!
So I get that I had an issue that was a last minute fix but I was originally told the service call is usually $98 but they had a special going on for $49. They showed up the next morning. They first said the fan motor was bad but then once removing it he realized that it was fine. Then he said he wanted to test the capacitor. It was bad. I looked up the part and on Amazon it was max $38. So he replaced the capacitor and the unit worked. He was at my house (including time to take payment) 32 mins. My total was $471!!!! And he said he waved the service call fee! Please do research before using the first person that responds. Every other person we have spoke to said prices to change this part are $150-200max! Never again will I use them!
Josh was very efficient and explaned that the generator was in great condition. Reminder to keep ants away! A wonderful CM Mose representative!
Had a great experience with Jamie. He was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Gave us several options to upgrade our homes heating and air conditioner.

Adam Pritchard came out to determine why our unit stopped cooling after another technician had been here on May 7th. Adam actually took the time to locate the real problem. He was very professional and Polite and within 1 hour found the problem and fixed it. This was so important to me especially since my 88 Year old Mom lives in the home and has recently been diagnosed with cáncer. Our weather here is due to exceed 80 degrees tomorrow so we are all set. I HIGHLY recommend C.M. Mose & Son and particularly Adam, the Tech!! They didn't charge us a penny since they had just recently been here. You don't find decent companies like this much any more. I can tell they really care about their customers. I also want to give a shout out to Nickie on the phone for helping me get the help we needed!!!😊😊😊😊😊
CM Mose performed maintenance on my whole home Generac generator system. The technician was on-time and courteous. I've not had such a system before but I feel the cost was a tad high, thus the 4-star rating. Overall, however, I am pleased with this company, so far.
