The owner of the company is not friendly. He also drives in an aggressive manner.
Definitely recommend! Our AC gave up on a 99° day and he was able to fit us in and get it up and running same day. A lifesaver!
This company was recommended to us by our son and the owner Joey was great .They took care of us with our A/C the same day,was so professional honest and I would highly recommend, also Austin was amazing.
Joey was very professional and helped us in a really hard time. Our A/C went out on a 90 degree day and he was there in an hour and save me thousands of dollars. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

We have had Joey out to the house multiple times to fix things that the previous company said they fixed. We previously had our upstairs AC line freeze up so we had the company that installed it 10 years ago add refrigerant just to have it freeze up again less than a year. Joey came out and found that it had the wrong TXV valve put on for the refrigerant used. Also, year ago, the control board went out on our downstairs furnace so the same previous company charged us over $700 to replace it and $100 to temporarily fix a fan on a 25 year old furnace rather than quoting a new system. Then, this year, the motor went out again. Joey priced a new motor but said it “was just throwing good money at bad parts”. He also quoted us a good price to replace it with a new unit that included a warranty. We went with a new unit and Joey had it installed a couple days later (we told him we could use our wood burning and gas fireplaces while he took care of other urgent customers). I’ve mentioned him to several friends only to find out they have used him too. Had one friend call him because they were told they needed a new furnace only to find out he replaced a part for a couple hundred dollars and told the rest of the furnace was in really good shape. Very honest, which is hard to find these days...
Called the office and spoke with Rachel. She was friendly, kind and very helpful! She was able to get us in contact with Joey quickly as we were without heat on a very cold day. Joey was at the house the same day and fixed our furnace. He was thorough and explained what the problem was. Highly recommend! Thank you.
GMZ was prompt, thorough and extremely professional replacing our leaky broken 58 year old boiler with a new energy efficient unit. We were without heat in December, GMZ was able to provide a reasonable detailed cost estimate, replace the unit within a short time frame & arranged financing options. Joey and Rachel were friendly, helpful & very easy to work with. I highly recommend GMZ .
Joey is very professional, courteous and thorough. He worked out a time with us, we were in a crunch to get it done quick. He has great craftsmanship too, our system looks great in our basement. He replaced our HVAC/heat pump, very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
