You guys, this place was recommended to me by my realtor Tara through Dani buyer realty (best realtor ever btw) and they have been great to us. From Stephanie who I've spoken to several times to schedule Apts to the service people who have come out to my house they are incredibly respectful and easy to work with. Being a woman who works at home it's a little scary to have people come in my home and I've had to ask people to leave because they have rubbed me the wrong way or made me uncomfortable. NOT the case with Blue heating and cooling. I call and they come same day or the very jext day. They educate me if I ask, never condescending or make me feel like I should already know about HVAC stuff. Tony, a serviceman we've had a couple of times is super sweet to my animals. Their prices are reasonable and they are very transparent with costs. Seriously give them a try!
Perfect company. I left a message on their website at around midnight, got an email to get scheduled the next morning. They showed up right on-time for the appointment. Gave me the quote. Ordered the parts. Said it would be in on Thursday and it did come in on time. They installed the next day. I will call them from now on. Thanks again for the easy service!
I was already impressed with their service a year ago when Tony came out to do a HVAC checkup. I signed up for the spring and winter annual check up after that. Then I asked them to come out and do a duct and vent cleaning. Tony and Dennis showed up ready to go. Three weeks has passed and what a difference that has made in the amount of dust!! Can't say enough nice things about this business! They came to do repairs on my older furnace after the blower went out. They were very responsive and had the part ordered and tech scheduled to install before the weekend was up. Staff was very compassionate and gave me a great deal on the repair. Very grateful to have found them and highly recommend this family owned business.

Blue installed our HVAC System in 2020 and we had a great experience then so we decided to have them come back to clean our ductwork. Tony and Dennis did an excellent job and were very professional. If you want the job done right, use Blue!

I gotta say Lee is one of the funniest most upstanding guys I have ever had the pleasure of working with and I would recommend him to anyone for any of their Heating or Cooling Needs.
We had a new HVAC installed in a timely manner by Blue Heating and Cooling. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and treat you fairly. They also do our routine maintenance on our equipment to keep them running optimally.
Easy company to work with and very helpful each time they've been to my home. I'll definitely continue to use them for any hvac related issues.
A very professional and friendly company! Denis fixed my AC last year very quickly after it went out. He also did a maintenance check on our AC and furnace this year. Very pleased with their work and reliability!
Had our HeatPump stop working on a Saturday. Scheduled one of the larger companies in the KC area to come out and quote the repair. They finally came out at almost 8pm on Tuesday to look it over. The tech gave an outrageously high verbal quote and I asked for further detail in an email on Wednesday. Was told there was no formal quote as the parts department was involved but they could send someone to quote a new system. Our system is barely three years old, no reason it should need replaced. Got in touch with Blue and they had someone out the next day at a much more reasonable time. Quoted the same warranty parts and lead times and were still under half the cost of Anthony. Got the parts in earlier than expected and Blue was out installing the next day. Great group of people to work with, highly recommend and should have called them first.
I've had BH&C do all my 6 month regular maintenance. For the last almost 5 years.They are fantastic. I've had to call a couple of times for random things the technicians are always courteous and helpful. I never doubt what they say.
On the hottest day of the year I came home to my house with an internal temperature of over 90 degrees. With a 9 month old sweating I knew this could not wait until the next day. I contacted Dustin during after hours and he sent Tony over right away. Tony showed up within 5 minutes to my house in Lee’s Summit. Tony is a top notch technician and such a cool guy to talk with. I will 100% recommend Blue Heating and Cooling to my neighbors and friends and will continue to use them in the future!

This is the first Google review I've ever done. Blue Heating and Cooling is top notch! I had them replace my personal system over 2 years ago and have since not only used them on my fire restoration jobs but have recommended them to family and friends. They have came through EVERY single time. I'm not sure where Dustin finds his employees (he won't give me his secret) but as a contractor myself, it gives me hope for our future workforce. Well done Blue!
To the service tech on 6/15/22 after hours, while I was still working, that not only got my AC up and cooling, kept checking on my handicap wife also during his work, thank you for the professional and kind work done. 👊 bump. First time using this business. Promptly returned my voicemail I had left during after hours. Technician came out and without being asked offered to show me and explain exactly what was wrong with my AC and what needed to be repaired. Would recommend and planning on using them again.
They were very quick, professional, and friendly. The furnace humidifier is working and the house feels SO MUCH BETTER. I will definitely use them again if we have furnace issues.
I will definitely recommend them and I will continue to use Blue when I need the help. The servicemen were nice, respectful, on time, honest, and so helpful!
