I had several companies come out for ideas on cooling my mid century home that has very limited crawl space for extended duct work and limited wall space due to large windows to place a mini split. Our AC iced over and I called on a Sunday. The operator sent out a technician the next day. Al was our service tech. He was very thorough and explained every step of his process and showed me the parts of the unit that was of concern. He called the office multiple times to get us the best deal possible.

They were right on schedule and started working right away. They even gave recommendations on how I should maintain and check things moving future. The airflow is ten times greater than it was, even though it appears like the filter hasn't been replaced in ten years. They also identified the problem with our air conditioner, which should be resolved at a subsequent date. Definitely going to continue working with these people. I appreciate your hard work.
