Literally saved my dogs lives, was most prompt. Came out the same afternoon and had my air running in record time . I was out of town and my grandson was at my house house with my dogs, the hottest day thus far and my air goes out . My daughter called Design air and the repairman was there . The first call was to another local company . We couldn’t pin him down on a time to come out he so he just kept repeating I don’t really know when he’d be out 😮. My daughter got on our neighborhood page and someone suggested Design Air and thank goodness, it was fixed the very same day 🤗. Yes very happy with service we received . Thank you design Air .

I had never used Design Aire previously and when my AC quit late yesterday afternoon, I called them after hours and left a message. I honestly did not expect a call back so quickly the following morning. They squeezed me into their schedule but couldn’t guarantee a time; however, shortly before noon, the technician texted me that he was on his way. Nate was exceptionally professional and explained what he found and what he recommended. I did not feel pressured as he gave me a couple of suggestions. He replaced the thermostat on my AC and noted there might be a small leak, but due to the age of my AC he felt I could get more use out of what I have for my needs. I would highly recommend Design Aire to others in my neighborhood and am confident I will contact them again for other repairs in the future. Very pleased customer!
We had a gentleman Larry O. who was very personable, knowledgeable straight shooter…our hvac problem was resolved same day..we will definitely be calling and requesting him next time our hvac system needs service

I didn’t think A/C was cooling properly, so Ryan Henley checked it out and added Freon to proper specifications and is working fine. I have used Design Air for more the 25 years, never been disappointed.
Our technician Ben, was very polite and vey professional. He answered all our questions and got our AC back up and running quickly. Will use Design Aire again when needed.
