Joe Bonner was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and courteous. Martha was very efficient in setting up the appointment.
Luke and Joe were both Phenomenal. They came out to give me an estimate and we hired them for 2 additional jobs on the spot. Great guys! Great communication throughout! On time, knowledgeable, friendly, great overall experience.
The plumber (Luke Malcolm) was professional, knowledgeable and efficient in completing the work required (spigot, tub drain, and maximizing overall water pressure via new regulator). The company preformed a follow up (at my request) to assure regulator was set at highest allowable pressure.
Our experience with Lees Summit Heating and Cooling was fantastic! We had a full HVAC replacement, as well as a water softener installation happening concurrently and the crew was wonderful! Brandon, Chris, and Dalton were on time, extremely professional, super nice (and accommodating of my and my husband's persistent questions and curiosity!), and courteous of our house. I would highly recommend Lees Summit Heating and Cooling for any HVAC and plumbing needs!

The scheduled PM service was completed in a timely, complete and thoroughly professional manner. The technician (Jordan) was knowledgeable most pleasant. He readily shared the importance and function of services provided Additional service offerings were presented in a manner mindful of potential needs. A competent sales and service organization.
From start to end Jordan was awesome! He walked me through each step of the process, showed me what was wrong and why and made a quick fix. His customer service skills were outstanding and while i dont look forward to future system issues, when that time does come again Jordan is the one i want making the house call.
Tyler did an amazing job troubleshooting and diagnosing my ac problem very friendly and professional tech saved me tons of money and I’m very grateful for that very honest and reasonable company my second time using them and if ever in need I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call 6 star service my previous tech was amazing as well.
Cody did a great job fixing my air conditioning quickly. He showed me the issue and was very nice and professional.
Cody came same day as I called. He was ON TIME and was very knowledgeable !!! From the time he arrived until the time he had it fixed and was leaving was about 20 minutes. Cody knows his stuff !!! Can't ask for more than that. Fantastic Service in my opinion !!!
Great service by the technician, Jordan. Have used LS Heating and Cooling for a few years now and have been very happy with them.
I was scheduled to have my AC serviced between 2 and 4 pm. I got a call from Martha saying it maybe more like 4, which is fine. I miss understood her, thinking she said a little earlier and when I told her I wouldn’t be able to do earlier she said” well you have a good day sir”and hung up on me. I text telling her, sorry I must have miss understood what she was saying. I got a text saying more like 4 than a text of 4:30, which is fine. Around 4:50 I text and tried to call twice with no answer. I had to take off work for this. Very unprofessional. After threatening to write this google review they promptly sent a text letting me know their tech Jordan would be out. Jordan was very professional and informative. Very very impressed with Jordan. I wish I could send a separate review for Jordan but google is not allowing me too.
Excellent service. Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. 24 hour service. The free plumbing inspection was a great value and identified a potentially harmful problem with my regulator. Alex and Luke were both great.
Did a complete annual service of air conditioning units. Explained information accurately. Tyler was very helpful technician. One of the best.
Cody was very responsive, and he came the same day we called. Professional and quick repairs had our A/C up and running in less than an hour after arriving. I would definitely recommend their services.
I've had both my upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems replaced by LSH&C since 2015. I have only had outstanding Customer Experiences whether it was sales, installation, annual maintenance or add-ons. All employees seem well-trained for professionalism and good customer journeys.
Luke was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and explained in easy to understand terms everything he was looking at and why. There was absolutely NO pressure to "fix" anything. The work we did have him complete was done well, efficiently and completely. Great service by Luke!
