Thy did a nice job on the AC unit I like the operation of it. The metal work on the furnace was not professional the return drop had a 3/4" gap at the bottom pulling air off the basement floor, so called filter rack was taped in with tape, hole cut in furnace cut out not professional, big dent in the back of furnace, and other things that could of been avoided by just taking two drives off and dropping the drop off to fix the problem that this person was having sorry I should of call them back to fix the problem but I didn't. Hope this isn't being done to other!!!
They come and do the job always on time clean up after they are done always ask if I have any questions I love working with everyone in this company.
Our air conditioner went out during the weekend. They were extremely professional and responsive to come help us first thing Monday morning. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire process!

We are big believers in boosting our local economy but also having good work for a fair price. The reviews are pretty much what sold us on calling Hometown Heroes. Eric explained everything so that we understood what happened, why it happened, and what is going to be done to fix it. He came out on a Saturday and said they hoped to order the blower to be in by Wednesday. He then let us know that the fan would arrive early and he’d be back Monday morning. He just left and our AC is running! He explained what setting it is on and why- how this will help with humidity levels too and become more efficient. I had no idea, so that was great information to learn! He was so helpful and kind- we will 100% be using Hometown Heroes again, and Eric is just a gem of a human and technician.
Will never go anywhere else. My service man was professional and got my AC running in no time. Very grateful to this company- they worked me in on a 100 degree day!

I was recommended to Hometown Heroes by another customer and Facebook. I was given a 30 minute window for technicians to arrive, Brian and Adam were here at the scheduled time.They were very friendly and professional. They had my air conditioner installed in a few hours and left their work area clean. I highly recommend Hometown Heroes!

Our AC went out on a Saturday night and they were so responsive in setting up an appointment the next day. They had availability before anyone else we contacted and they showed up on time and knew exactly how to fix it. Such a relief to us! We will be using them again!
Andrew responded very quickly to us when our ac was not working. He helped us in getting a new hvac system promptly. Brian and Eric were very professional and friendly while installing the whole new system. Explained the new system in words we could understand. AC stopped working on a Saturday. Condenser outside was not working, called Hometown heroes and talked to Andrew. He said he would be at the house in 2 hours following a service call he was currently on. He was here in one. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Replaced the run capacitor and shared some info. regarding the unit. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend and use again. Thanks again.

They installer’s were super professional and on time. They went the extra mile to adjust some things when my older unit came out and the newer unit I needed was just a little bit larger and was not going to fit right in that small area. They were on time, explained everything and cleared up all the mess afterwards in the heat. Great job guys! So thankful they were able to get it done so quickly!
The thermostat touchscreen for my hvac went out the other day. I called a big hvac company to come out and give me an estimate. The hvac system was working fine, but the touchscreen needed to be replaced. You can imagine my reaction when the cost to replace the touchscreen was $2200. I called hometown heroes and chatted with Brian. He explained the issue with my Lennox iComfort and sent someone out to determine whether I could install a Nest or other thermostat. Luis came out the next day and was awesome. He was able to install a Nest thermostat. The service was great. I signed up for an annual hvac service and I never do those sorts of things. I 100% recommend hometown heroes!
They were able to get my unit replaced in just a couple of days. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable and the job was done quickly. I feel I got a fair price and was able to get financed in just a few minutes. I wasn't planning on having to replace my A/C, so they made it as smooth as possible.
