Dustin and company were amazing! I called on a Monday and they came out 3 hours later. They have done more to diagnose and dig into our issue than the service we previously used. Especially on a week where we hit 100 degrees. They scheduled to come replace our AC unit on a Friday, then called to say they were able to get us in a day earlier! They have been very quick to communicate and stay in contact and even after the install, they follow up the next day to make sure everything is working well. It was nice they offer different options for financing as well. Very happy with Hoffman Heating and Cooling and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Justin is in the busines to sale you a new AC unit if you need it or not. If he installed an AC for you, you were swindled. He tried to tell me I needed a new AC. When I had more questions as to why, he wouldn't return my calls. Get a second opinion. Also, notice that all the reviews are 5 starts, because anything lower keeps getting deleted.
Dustin came out on a Sunday to diagnose an a/c unit that quit blowing cold. He had it figured out within minutes and had it back up and running. The best part was he didn't have the exact part we needed, but had one that would get us up and running and cooled down, which saved us $200 from having the parts store open for us on a Sunday. Since our unit was so new, he was able to get the replacement part under warranty, and came back today to get us all fixed up. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I now know who will be doing all of my a/c work from now on!!
Dustin and Jarrett were very professional and knowledgeable. It took them no time to figure out the issue with my a/c. Would definitely recommend!

Dustin and his team addressed our needs within our budget and got us a new system installed very fast. they went above and beyond diagnosing our issues and answering all our questions. They were extremely professional and treated our home as if it were theirs. Of the 5 quotes i recieved to repair/replace, Dustin was the only one who wanted to fix our issues and get us comfortable again. Everyone else was trying just trying to sell us stuff. We got exactly what we needed at the price we could afford and the confidence it was being done right by people who care. We highly recommend them and will be relying on them for all of our hvac needs moving forward.

Highly recommend Hoffman Heating! Sunday afternoon our furnace quit working, I texted them and had a phone call from Dustin within minutes. We discussed my problem and he said he would be on the way over. Problem fixed in less than an hour. Dustin is extremely professional and his rate for a Sunday afternoon was extremely reasonable. We will be calling him to handle all of future heating and cooling needs.

I’ve used this business a few times now and I’ll never call anyone else! Dustin is professional and super nice! He came out and fixed what needed to be fixed very quickly especially with the temperatures so low today! I’m always appreciative of his work. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done with furnaces or a/c units.
