We had 3 companies out to our home to offer us quotes on replacing our entire HVAC system. Tom from Heartland offered us the better equipment at a better price with the best financing options. He was able to get us scheduled within a week & the Heartland team got the installation completed in 1 day! The installers were courteous & professional. I would highly recommend them for anybody that needs work done on their HVAC system. A+++
Heartland came in big for us the day before Christmas Eve. Not only did they call back to try and trouble shoot, when that didn’t work they rearranged their services employees route to come by and fix our furnace. It was an extremely cold day and we are so grateful! Highly recommend. We appreciate their responsiveness and ability to help us in a tough spot !

Heartland set us up w a new Rheem furnace and ac. Process was painless and quick, installation was seamless, and there were good options to choose from, including high efficiency. The financing really helped. We've been using Heartland for several years for seasonal inspections and they've always done a good job.
We hired them to install a new tankless water heater for our home. They really banged up our walls when bringing in PVC pipe, and then people that I didn't know and that obviously weren't workers (in flip flops) were coming into our home (later learned it was the owner and his daughter). They broke our main line switch during the install and claimed they did not. It worked when they started...it didn't work the very next day. We paid another plumbing company $500 to come out and fix it after they refused to fix it without additional charges. They installed the waterless tank wrong. It was leaking after a day of use and they did come back to properly install the water heater. We had to remind them to putty around the cuts they made to the exterior of our home to vent. Really wouldn't recommend this company.
Very good experience with Tom in terms of providing options for system replacement that fit my budget. Installation was quick and smooth and the techs were very good as well.

My experience began with the salesman, Tom Davis. He came out the same day I called which was on a Friday and by Tuesday I had a new heating and cooling system! The 2 installers were extremely professional. They laid canvas down everywhere they walked and worked all day finishing the installation. Our home is only 20 years old but the HVAC was without doubt in need of replacement. Today is the first time it is 100 degrees outside and my house is staying at 72 degrees!
Everyone from this team was very professional. We had a new HVAC system installed. Installation guys were on time and efficient. System works amazingly well! We're very happy with the service we received.
Promptly showed up, provided accurate quotes and did a quality job. Typically I wouldn’t get on a maintenance plan, but they did such a good job, I decided to let them take care of the system going forward.
The company I bought my system from originally stated they were no longer servicing older accounts, just recent ones that had purchased service contracts. So I called Heartland Quality, as I wanted to build a relationship with a local company and spoke with Tom, who had a tech out a few hours later. Tom has great customer service and made this happen. We have used Heartland on multiple occasions - repairing our HVAC, replacing it with high efficiency units, as well as having a supplemental ductless system added for our problem rooms. They are very responsive and quick to provide quality service.
Purchasing an older home was a bit scary. Especially with an old HVAC unit. With 24 hour emergency service, Heartland always watches out for us. Joining the family plan has been amazing as well. Twice a year maintenance and 15% discount on repairs is so helpful in taking that off my to do list. Harley is patient and hardworking and always doing the best for our family. Thank you Heartland and Harley for superior and professional repairs and maintenance.
