When my furnace starting mis-behaving, I called LS Heating and Cooling for an appointment. To my surprise, they sent a skilled technician and supervisor within 3 hours. The problem was my fault: a lack of routine service. The problem was fixed within minutes with no repairs needed. While fixing the furnace, they noticed my hot water tank was rusted on the bottom and starting to leak. It was installed just a few years ago by a different company in KC that I had problems with previously. LS Heating and Cooling installed my new water heater the next morning while I worked from home. Not only did they do an outstanding job quickly, they filled out the rebate form for my new energy-efficient water heater and did not charge me for the service call to fix my furnace. I am happy to be warm with a dry basement and a rebate check on the way. I could not ask fore better service. Thanks, guys!

Our furnace decided to go out on 12/15/20, after some quick research for service companies in our area we settled on Lee's Summit Heating and Cooling due to their great reviews online. They were booked and had to add me to a waiting list and told me they could get me first thing on 12/16. They ended up getting us in on the 15th after all and their tech Eric came and assessed the problem. He had to order a part for us and the turnaround from contact to being fixed was just under three days. Excellent service, very fair prices and their tech Eric is amazing and a valuable asset. We ended up getting a maintenance plan with them and now have peace of mind about our heating and cooling in home and they have a customer for life. I highly recommend this company. I called after the first cold of the season proved our heater was not functioning the way that it should and often wasn’t heating at all. Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling got me on the schedule within a couple days. Travis was very punctual and called when he was heading over. He was awesome. The issue was difficult to replicate, but once we got it, Travis went to work on diagnosing the problem. I don’t know heads or tails about HVAC, but he explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand. He then went above and beyond and called the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty. While it was a relatively newer unit, I feared we were slightly over the standard 5-year-warranty. Travis checked anyway. He found that the warranty was still good for the original owner. But, the name was different on the warranty with the manufacturer. Travis dashes back in and asks for my maiden name. We’re still under warranty. He also updated the information with the manufacturer for me. It’s hard to know who to trust when you’re dealing with equipment that you’re unfamiliar with. Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling is a company you can trust. They are reliable, trustworthy, and highly knowledgeable. Plus, they got me in quick. Thank you so much, Lee’s Summit Heating and Cooling!

Does not want to come back they have been here 3 times but they never finished the work. The owner was very rude and hateful. There are disabled people at my home and they refuse to fix the air. In the process of taking legal action.

The circuit board on my 20 year old furnace went out and Travis suggested to replace my furnace since it was so old. He suggested an energy efficient Gold series 2 stage furnace instead of repairing my old one. I agreed since we all know that repairs only last so long on older equipment. Todd and Travis were very professional and knew what they were doing when installing the furnace. I am very grateful that they were able to diagnose the problem and complete the installation in the same day.Travis was also able to save me money with a rebate from KC P&L as well as the money I will be saving on my bills since it is energy efficient. I give them a 5 star rating and will be using them again (hopefully not too soon).
