AFC Heating and Cooling should be the only place you call for HVAC work. Their communication is top notch and their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and do great quality work. I've used AFC twice this year and would not hesitate to call them again. They've easily earned a 5 star review from me and cannot recommend them highly enough.
(Over charged) told me my ignition module was bad because the light wasn't on and it would be $340 for the part and $60 to install it. Part is only $130 and a 5 minute fix. But that wasn't even the problem, the module was fine. The technician said he wasn't familiar with my unit, charged me $155 bucks to look at it and still didnt fix it. Nice guy but didnt seem real knowledgeable. A&D heating and cooling was way better.
This company took good care of my folks. Solid work and the team was extremely courteous and able to answer all the questions they had. THANK YOU AFC!

Will never use anyone but AFC again. Called them on one of the hottest days of the year for my 89 yr old mother. Where in and out with the A/C fixed in less than 30 mins! Service pro was great to work with! Definitely recommend this company!!
AFC will be the only HVAC I ever call from now on, from the office staff that set up my appointment to the extremely knowledgeable and friendly tech that got my house cooled off for my babies, I can't praise they're customer service enough
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First off, they come in and drag dirt through the house. Never once put foot coverings on or removed shoes. Brand new ac/heat was not working. The man tells me he fixed it by closing the basement vents. Also told me we should always use emergency heat. WHAT! Not to mention he stood on the bed with his shoes on to shut the basement vent! Very disappointed in their service!

Had my furnace trip the breaker overnight, woke up to a 61 degree house with a 6 month old baby. I flipped the breaker back on and heard a loud pop in the furnace and had some sparks fly! It's a 25 year old Lennox so I expected the worst. I called AFC and within a couple hours we had a service tech on site and 20 minutes later he installed a new board and had my heat back on! Very grateful for the service, thank you! Very professional and timely, highly recommend.
I needed a vent for my gas range hood installed. AFC did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
My outside ac unit quit working overnight. I called AFC first thing in the morning. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and said that someone would be able to come out that same afternoon. I received a call before the tech arrived to let me know he was on the way. The tech was also friendly and professional. The ac unit needed a new part, which he had with him, so the unit was fixed quickly. My dad and brother both recommended this company and use them for their general contracting business. I can see why. They were friendly, professional and quick.

Overpriced, worst customer service I have ever dealt with, and highly unprofessional...The owner of this company treated me as if I was a second rate customer that was wasting his time. Acted like his business is so busy that he didn't NEED my business. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, ever...better off calling any of the other reputable companies out there for your HVAC needs!
They were the sub contractor on our new home through Hearthside Homes whereby they installed the heating and air unit. We had a problem with the balance of the system. Some rooms were freezing cold while the next room were hot on the 2nd floor of our home. Those rooms are over the garage but I had a mini split heat pump installed in the garage and it helped but the problem was still there. We paid extra to have the 2nd floor be separated with it's own thermostat so this would not happen. They came out within the warranty period and fixed the issue by adding a vent in the closet directly above the garage and increasing the size of a vent in the bathroom next to it. Most of their staff are very professional and easy to work with. I appreciate their willingness to make it right.
