Chris W. was respectful and great. My A/C wasn't cooling the house and it wasn't anything obvious. Coolant levels were good and the entire A/C system was functioning normally. He did research on his personal time to diagnose the problem, and fixed it! This is going to save me over $100 per month on my electric bill! Also, When I call Superior everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great appointment notification system as well. I chose to sign up for their Preventative maintenance program. All around great company!
A/C went out. I called at 7:00 pm and talked to a person “live”. Thank You! I had 2 “live conversations” the next morning and Chris arrived at 9:00 am. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the A/C. I am very pleased.
Diagnosed problem with A/C and fixed within 30 minutes. Grateful we were able to get a same day response on a hot July Saturday.
We called Superior Heating and Cooling one morning because our air conditioner went out. They assigned Dave Essner to take care of our problem. Dave responded quickly to our call and let us know he was coming. He was friendly and professional and quickly found the problem. He was able to find the part we needed to fix the air condition and was able to get it in a couple of hours to fix it on this very hot day. We appreciate his excellent job.
We had an issue with the AC unit on one of the hottest days of the season. Superior scheduled an appointment within a couple hours. Their technician (Patrick S) was on time, polite, and most-importantly proficient. We were up and running in short order. Highly recommend this team. THANKS!

My air went out today and Superior was able to come a couple hours later and repair and restore air conditioning. I’m very impressed with getting device the same day and the repair so fast. Tim, my technician was very friendly and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone with heating and cooling issues. It’s not often you can call for a repair and get it the same day, including the needed parts!

Duane from Superior Heating & Cooling provided excellent service unclogging my kitchen drain. He provided ID, was professional, efficient, informed me of repairs required to eliminate the discovered leak and cleaned up afterwards.
Korey came out for a maintenance check on our ac unit. He was on time and very friendly, professional, explained everything he did, even showed pictures of everything he checked and what everything meant in simple terms. They send a picture of the technician ahead of time so you know who to expect at your home. Love Superior and prices are so reasonable!!
Our technician, Chris Grone, was very prompt and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way, texted a photo so I would recognize him, and was on time. He fully explained everything he did and gave me several options to solve our issue. Highly recommend!!!
We had a new ac and furnace installed today. The salesman (Lucas) was very professional and answered all of our questions. The installers were on time and very professional also. They explained the whole system and cleaned up everything before they left. We are very happy with their service 😀
Service technician Adam was pleasant, professional, and courteous. Resolved my bathroom plumbing issues in minimal time AND cleaned up his work area. Services rendered were a little on the pricey side. But, would definitely recommend this technician and the company!!
For my spring system check. Chris was professional, pleasant and very thorough. I just think Superiors service is outstanding. They even did a plumbing check. Chris took the time to discuss age of equipment and lined out a replacement plan when time comes. Thanks!

Our hot water heater went off late Friday night. We called the next morning and by 3:30 PM, Dave showed up. He showed us how to reset the hot water heater and also cleaned out the debris underneath. We have our hot water back.Highly recommend.
I had been waiting all week for another company that never showed up. I called Superior Friday night, they showed up Saturday morning and had it repaired right away. Very pleased with how quick and courteous they were.
