Sierra Heating and Cooling were able to accommodate my schedule and showed up right at the beginning of our scheduled window. Our service technician had our ac running in minutes and was very kind and honest about the diagnostic.

The repairman, Dan was prompt. I showed him all of the areas where leakage, rust, door insulation had detachment, etc. had occurred and how motor worked but there was no cooling. He quickly opened the back of the fridge, found the compressor in good shape, cleaned the condenser coil, and found and replaced the broken electricals parts. Excellent work. Juan, Emma and Leo were absolutely wonderful! We have been wanting to add air conditioning for several years. Juan responded right away and came out the next day to go over what we needed. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. His quotes were extremely reasonable. Emma and Leo were very prompt, courteous and professional. I cannot recommended this company enough. We are so happy and recommend them to anyone wanting an HVAC system.
I contacted Sierra Heating and Cooling the night before and they were able to give me an appointment the next day. I can not express enough my gratitude to the technician that serviced my HVAC today. Not only was he on time but actually 5 min early! He looked at the problem professionally and efficiently and fixed it and it was back up and running all within an hour. Highly recommend this Company!
Initial problem was an A/C unit functioning fine but with low refrigerant. The “technicians” were totally lost from the start, had no idea what they were doing and no business working on anyone’s a/c units. Pulling wires off for no reason and not knowing where they went back. Rendered my unit inoperable, got it their truck and left without saying a word to me, in addition to leaving trash in my yard. Could not be any more disgusted. Would like to have a discussion with someone from this company but after two days they won’t return my repeated calls.
I tried other companies that did not follow code or inform me of problems. Sierra Heating and Cooling was easy to work with and gave me an itemized quote with options that all of the other companies I quoted with did not. They were also the best price of the companies I quoted by a substantial amount for a full furnace and AC replacement.
Paul did a great job and was on time, personable and so helpful. I highly recommend him and have already scheduled the next service with him. Explained everything in detail and in layman terms.

Excellent service from the initial consultation, the installation process through to the accounts payable. Very friendly and competent staff. The MD of the company was also very supportive with a minor technical issue. The service was so good, I used their services again for my business and the air supply and installation process was professionally done yet again.

He discovered an issue with our AC unit in the roof and obtained a quote for repair. The owner of the company personally called to discuss our options going forward. Their service was second to none!

Always professional whether one of the Gainey family, the delivery drivers, people that answer their office phones, etc. We used to be customers of another firm that grew so large that we felt like just another account number. Not so with Sierra Heating and Cooling.

We requested a quote for a whole-house humidifier. Jeff, our knowledge expert, came to explain the various systems available and never pushed anyone. Jeff was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I immediately scheduled the installation after speaking with him. I fully recommend this firm!
Rescheduled twice and took off work for them to come and look at my house’s gas leak and they cancelled on me last minute. They prioritize individuals who have a prior relationship with them and do not care about your time. I called to confirm they were going to come before I took off and they still ended up cancelling on me. I would never recommend this business.
