When I bought my new house we couldn't find the dryer vent. Told Paul about it and he had someone out in just a few hours. Thanks to them my dryer is no longer venting into my basement.
I love using this company, they are always on time and very friendly. I feel comfortable with them in my home, he is always smiling and ready to help when I call & the prices aren't bad. I strongly suggest that you give him a call
I used Morton man over the summer time to help get my AC going the tech was great. so yesterday when we switched our heat on and it didn't work they were our first call, they said they were busy and would fit us in today completely understandable on short notice, the tech called today to tell my fiance he would be to our house shortly, my fiance left work and headed home to meet the tech, instead of showing up tech called and said he wasn't sure if he even had the the part to fix our air-conditioning, and would call back.2 hours went by waiting to hear from the tech, finally got a hold of him and he said nothing they can do till Friday. so instead of fixing my problem or telling us they couldn't fix our problem they wasted our time all day and now we can't even have someone to came look at it till tom. I would not recommend this company at all.

We have used this company for over 25 years. Used for heating and air-conditioning. Always see for heating check up in the fall and a/c in the spring. Have referred several friends and they were pleased. Always fair and explained everything. GREAT COMPANY.

Spent very little time trying to find the issue. Added Freon only and charged me 260. Did not fix the issue.
Excellent response time in the middle of a heat wave. Do to the heat, they showed up many hours before they originally quoted. Very knowledgeable and had parts on hand. My father has used Morton's for years and sense I've moved back to the area, I too will always use Morton's for any of my HVAC needs. They are also known for their LOW $25 service call and great pricing. Highly recommend them.
I can't say enough good things about the service that they gave me this weekend. All the HVAC companies were slammed this weekend yet they still got out to me within a couple of hours. The service man didn't try to yank me around and do a bunch of unnecessary BS which is rare for these companies. He repaired what needed repaired, gave me a great price and and he didn't tinker to drive up the price. They are definitely getting my future business.
I've used Mortan's for years and never had a problem. I have not seen them yet this week, but I think it is Thursday they are suppose to be here.
I called them Monday morning because my heat is out. They said they were very busy but they were sure they would get to me by the end of the day. Nothing. I called again Tuesday morning, I was assured they would be here by mid to late afternoon. Nothing. I called again Wednesday. I begged them that if they didn’t want my money to please refer me to someone else. I was told that I was absolutely the next on the list and I would hear from them soon. It’s now 5:30pm and I haven’t heard a word from them. How many days do I continue to be held hostage in my home waiting for them to show up? At least have the courtesy to tell me you aren’t coming so I don’t sit here waiting. It’s obvious that my time is not worth anything to these people.

I have had great service for my installation of heating system that has lowered my utilities. And fast response for hot water installation that has also positively impacted my utility bills. Recently, I had to call for what I thought was a problem (turned out to be a minor adjustment). Service call expenses are more than reasonable for customers. Mortan Man's staff are professional, honest, careful and are ready to go the extra mile. Thank you for 10 years of responding when I needed help including plumbing needs.
Paul came out to conduct my yearly furnace and hot water heater inspection and cleaning. I have used Morton Man for years now. They are trustworthy and do quality work!
Paul came out Monday evening to look at my air conditioner. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Arthur came back out to do the work and stayed steady in it working in some sweltering heat and got my air conditioner up and running. Answered all my questions and kept me informed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any work.
I just want to Thank Paul and tell eveyone what a wonderful business he is running. He has saved us not once but twice. He has gone above and beyond both times. He has saved us so much money. He he fair and honest. Thank you.
