Our thermostat gave out on us last night. After a chilly evening, we called C & S. Bill was there within an hour. He gave us choices as far as types of thermostats and had the one we chose installed quickly and efficiently! We also have them maintain our furnace and air conditioner each year. They always give fair prices and great service! I’m very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.
Called them early this morning, was here before we expected (amazing). Bill was great, he came in and took care of the problem.

C&S has helped my grandmother with her HVAC needs for many years now. They really came through yesterday for her. Her air was blowing warm and it was going to be one of the hottest days of the year. I called C&S and they were swamped, yet they prioritized her due to her age and medical conditions. She is 93 and is on oxygen. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and would highly recommend.
Honest, experienced, and competent. After I had one of the big names in town "repair" my A/C (replace the blower motor), it still wasn't working properly. That same big name came back out and told me i was actually also low on refrigerant, and wanted another $400 to perform a leak search. My father in law then recommended C&S Furnace for future repairs. Bill from C&S came out the next day and quickly diagnosed & fixed my problem (new blower motor had been wired incorrectly by the big name company). Bill then took me outside and verified the refrigerant levels were correct. As we headed back inside, Bill told me "I think when you walk back inside, it's going to feel like your house is finally starting to cool off" and he was right! C&S has reasonable pricing and their technicians are experienced and honest.
Professional, on time, did a great job. Honest. No upselling. Would recommend to anyone.
Worst customer service ever!...Lady on the phone was horrible and curt. When you are worried about heat in the middle of winter and you get someone so nasty, I just wanted to cry. I would never recommend them!

Well, I hate to spend money, but we had to replace our furnace.... we've used C&S Furnace for maintenance through the years and always been happy, so I called them. They went completely beyond my expectations!! They studied our floorplan, listened to our concerns and talked to several experts to recommend the best "fit" for our needs. My 26 year old furnace finally died on Wednesday, and they had a cancellation for Thursday, but they didn't want us to suffer even one cold night, so they sent a tech FREE OF CHARGE to get it running. I can't recommend these guys enough!!!

Most honest and experienced team in the KC metro area
Always prompt. Always professional. Reasonable costs. We have had them service our home air conditioner and furnace for years. Also had them replace both units when they were getting old. Just added a whole house humidifier to the furnace last year (much less hassle than our old Sears humidifier).
