Doug was very knowledgeable and efficient, had unit repaired and running in 20 minutes on a Holliday weekend
They answered my call right away and they were able to get someone to our house in a couple hours. Jere was super knowledgeable, friendly and was honest. We really appreciated the honesty. We will definitely be using Central Air again and highly recommend them!
Excellent super fast service. Cooling went out on the hottest day of the year. Talked to them at 4ish in the afternoon, and Gordon showed up 1st thing the next morning. My units were horrible, all due to my bad maintenance! He fixed them & made cold air happen. And didn't yell at me for no filters! Thanks guys. Catherine is very nice to who did the scheduling. I strongly recommend the yearly maintenance program, especially if you are not good at it yourself.
They were the company that originally installed the unit when the house was built. According to the service tech, they should have registered the unit with the manufacturer but never did. The blower motor went out after 7 yrs of service. The tech installed the wrong size motor ( used a 1/3hp instead of a 3/4 hp ). After the 2nd visit to see why no air was coming through the vents, he then realized it was the wrong size motor. The 3rd visit, which was supposed to be pro Bono, cost me another $70. All in all I am out $500 for the new proper sized motor

Scheduling was quick and easy. I appreciate the text and email updates as well. The technician was friendly and explained the issue to me. He was on time and resolved the problem quickly.
Bryce was professional and performed the job with skill. He was respectful of our home and our time. Communication was great with Bryce and with the support staff in regards to timing of our appointment.

Bryce added freon to each of my AC units. He was on time, informative, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and Central Air if you are in need of any heating and cooling service.

A+ experience. My heater needed repair and they came out almost immediately for a service call. I could immediately see how knowledgeable and professional they were. It took less than an hour to fix the problem and it was really cheap. Great experience!

These guys came recommended on Facebook. Thank you to Katherine and the service tech who stayed a full hour showing how to operate the furnace even though there was nothing wrong with it, regardless he gave it a thorough inspection. Very reasonable price as well.Most techs would have left after 20 minutes and charged $300.00.
Central Air Heating and Cooling did a great job in installing my Ecobee3 Lite Smart Thermostat. I could not have installed this thermostat on my own and explained to me thoroughly how to manage the Ecobee3 Lite Smart Thermostat. Thank you and I recommend anyone needing their services.
