I appreciate the service I have always received from Garden Heating and Cooling. Today's service was excellent. I was asked if there was an entrance they could use without coming into the house. They explained what they were doing. When the vent cleaning was done they cam to the front door so we could settle our bill. Once the State of IL is back in service we will have the rest of the ducts cleaned. Thanks for taking great care of us.
Worked with Garden Heating and Cooling team to replace our furnace and AC unit. We very much appreciated Mike’s insight and willingness to explain things to us. We also liked the variety of options provided to us. Good warranties. They did a great and professional job installing everything day of. Very satisfied!
James was quick to respond to my furnace repair service request, explained my options, and answered my questions. I've used Garden Heating and Cooling twice and both times his service was great. A technician came immediately after I called. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. He went above and beyond, did some cleaning and checked the other components of the furnace while he was here to ensure everything was running flawlessly. Years later, it's still running.
Fred is very outstanding.He came right on time, inspected the furnace, changed the filter and completed the full service check within the expected time.He was very professional and respectful.He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.I would definitely recommend them.
I had an issue with my system and called them, they have a very good reputation. They got me scheduled right away. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and for a fair price. My tech was on time, communicated well, was neat, diagnosed the issue and resolved it efficiently. I would definitely use them again!
Garden Heating and Cooling came out for a spring check on our air conditioners and did a great job. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable and informed us our air conditioners were in great shape and did not try to sell us anything. We will definitely hire them again.

Garden Heating and Cooling has been servicing my heating and air conditioning units for approx 5 years. From preventative maintenance to diagnosing and repairing problems to replacing both my heater and water heater Garden has always been professional, prompt, courteous, very clean and careful in the work they do. I will be a customer of theirs for as long as I live in their service area.
I got my new boiler installed today and I am very pleased with the service. my technicians were very professional and did an excellent job. They spent time to answer all my questions and provided plenty of valuable information. Best service I've had.
Excellent service! They installed my new furnace, and they took the time to give me good information about filters and the importance of keeping the furnace serviced and in good shape. They cleaned the coil and just did a wonderful job! Thank you Garden Heating and Cooling for the great job.
Technician fixed problem with bad capacitor that was keeping condenser fan from running, hosed out condenser coils, and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it while he worked. In addition, he fixed the broken lock nut on conduit to unit. Highly recommended.
Garden Heating and Cooling was very professional and thorough. They appeared very knowledgeable and took his time to educate us on maintenance of the HVAC system, a lot of which was not explained by the builders. I highly recommend this company.
Garden Heating and Cooling technician was knowledgeable about why my HVAC unit was not operating properly. He ordered the correct parts, and upon receipt, resolved the issues as scheduled. Their prices were really reasonable. Would highly their services.
I called from my freezing cold home. The Tech was polite and expedient in getting to the supervisor He assured me that help was on the way. He called and assured me he was 20 minutes away. Within minutes, my steam boiler was whistling and warming up. He was personable and knowledgeable and worthy of the best write up I could give. Thanks to the entire team for warming up our home on a very cold night!
Garden Heating and Cooling are experts. We use them for emergencies and routine maintenance for heating and AC. We recently had a problem with our air conditioner, they responded the same day located the problem, and it was fixed in no time. Always courteous, thorough and very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I had a 10 am appointment and they called and asked if they could come earlier since someone else canceled, They came and left by 9.30. I wanted an earlier appointment, but they had it booked already, so now I have the rest of the day to do other things. Awesome technician was just what you would expect to take care of maintenance and explain anything I needed to ask.
The technicians who came to install the new heating system were very friendly and professional. They were done earlier than expected and explained everything and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend them.
