Friendly and efficient
Our air conditioner went out. I called colvin's they were here within an hour and had my AC running again.
I'm new to Excelsior Springs, and I was in need of a new HVAC system, so I called Colvin's for service. From day 1, everyone representing the company was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dave offered a more than reasonable quote, Shem delegated immediate service, and Jay, Alex, Jake, and Chris worked tirelessly for me until the job was done. Chris even helped me move some furniture that had been delivered! Amazing company - highly recommend!
My very trusted HVAC friend retired after 30+ years... You are a good man Fuzz! I wasn't sure who to use and was afraid of getting ripped off. A few friends said they have heard good things about Colvins so I thought I would try. I called and left a message and quickly got a call back from Chris who said he would be out the next day. He arrived on time and quickly had my issue fixed. No hesitations crawling under my crawl space and was very professional. He took care to keep my old house looking nice and cleaned up after himself. I was afraid of what the cost might be but I had no choice. My bill was very fair and I was extremely happy with the service. Chris walked me through what he did and even went above the issue and corrected some other things he came across. I will definitely be using them moving forward and I will be asking for Chris each time. Great service!
The person came at the time they said they would. Found the problem immediately with my outside compressor. Replace the fan motor the heck on bad and put some more freon in it. The repairman was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Before he left. You checked everything to make sure there were no more problems. I very highly recommend this company. Just to let you know. The motor did have a bearing going out. And also replace the starter capacitor. Which was going bad.

The owner of this business truly knows what it means to go above and beyond!! I had to get a loan to replace my air and furnace. The loan would take 7-10 business days to hit my account. It's in the 100s and I have kids. The man that owns this business put in my new items and is letting me pay when I get the money rather then waiting. Will recommend to EVERYONE!! Thank you soo much for being a PERSON with a HEART and not a money hungry business. You have won our business forever!!

Quick and friendly! Furnace went out overnight so I called colvins, service guy was at the house within 15 minutes and had us producing heat again within an hour.

Colvin's Heating and Cooling completed the job professionally. They came in, diagnosed my issue, then fixed it. The price was very fair and the repair was done right. I'm a happy customer.
