I had a rusty leak coming from my 2.5 year furnace. He came out and told me that there is condensation coming from the coil and my dehumidifier is not strong enough for the basement. Was here less than 5 minutes and didn’t charge me! Thank you! Will definitely call them again
I highly recommend this company for all HVAC service. The owner came to my house and did a great job doing a total check up of our AC. He didn’t try to sell me a thing but had great recommendations. When we do need service next this company is who I’ll call.
Of course the first HOT in STL we run into a problem with our ac unit. He saved the day! Highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed in how our experience with Air Excellence went. Air Excellence was chosen for us through our home warranty. Our old AC had no issues until it pooped out. Air Excellence replaced it with the same size system. Turns out, the size of the old was was too small for the house, and therefore so was the new one. I guess it comes down to the quality of the AC's that are made these days, but the new one just can't keep up. Anytime the temperature is near 100 (pretty often in St. Louis) it gets to be about 85 degrees and unlivable in our house. Since there is nothing technically wrong with the current unit, it's just the wrong size, there is nothing that Air Excellence can do with the warranty. I know nothing about AC units, but the power of google can tell you that our current system is undersized for our house. We should have looked this up before they installed it, but we thought we were in good hands. Had it been brought to our attention during the installation process, we would have paid the few hundred dollars more to get a larger unit. Instead, now we have to replace the entire system which will cost $3,500 on top of the already $1,700 we paid Air Excellence (home warranty covered more than that, this was just our out of pocket cost). Lots of headaches caused by something that should have been easily caught.
We just have had our furnace and air conditioning units replaced by Air Excellence company. It was a great experience. Bradley, the service man, was very nice and professional. All his recommendations were really fit with our needs and all information was given upfront. Mike, the technician, was really knowledgeable about the system he was installing. I'd recommend this company to any of my friends without hesitation.
Excellent service and very fair pricing. Honest approach to doing business and sought to solve problem at lowest cost. Very informative and helpful with system and use recommendations.
Fair, honest and prompt. Bradley went above and beyond to get my furnace working better than new. He gave me some energy efficiency tips and followed up to make sure everything was fine.

This group showed up and helped us keep the insurance company accountable. They informed us what was done wrong with the old system and maximized the ability of the new system. Very professional, and I am glad we found this company. We will never call another for our service needs.
Air Excellence replaced our furnace and AC and we couldn't be happier! Brad and Mike did a great job! They were professional and made sure everything was done correctly, just as if they were installing at their own house. They explained things and made it easy for a non-HVAC person to understand. The office staff is equally amazing. We will definitely be using them again in future and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Air Excellence!
Great experience with Brad. Just a normal yearly inspection but he went above and beyond. Made sure we knew what he was doing, gave tips on proper function, and ensured we knew what need to be done in spring when we turned on the air conditioning next year. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Air Excellence diagnosed my AC Problem and got my parts ordered right away. As soon as the parts were available the install was scheduled. We had Mike out on time and he did a great job. Mike was very organized, professional, and completely cleaned up when done. I had definite top notch job.
I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Air Excellence for several years. They’ve replaced 3 furnaces and 2 air conditioners. Brad and Michael are incredible technicians. The office staff are so courteous and responsive. Their prices are extremely competitive and I never feel they are proposing unnecessary work. I don’t know how they do it but their response time is unbelievable even in the middle of the summer and winter when other companies take several weeks to schedule an appointment. Sure, they are not as large as some of the other companies but that is no reflection on the quality of work they perform. I especially like the fact that their owner typically is involved in every project to some extent.
What a great experience I had with Air Excellence Heating and Cooling. The tech Brad took the time to explain my heating system to me and how to get the most efficiency from it. I highly recommend Brad and the company.
Air Excellence is as top notch as they come. Their company has been out to service my AC unit a number of times and always left with the unit working and keeping my family cool. This most recent time they rescued me through my home warranty company, after another tech from “No Problem Heating & Cooling,” sent a report back to my warranty company that “nothing was wrong.” It took Air Excellence less than 5 minutes to diagnose that my coil was leaking and some major repairs / replacements were needed. Short story, if you want a trustworthy company that will fix your AC or furnace, then Air Excellence is the company to call!!!
This service call with Air Excellence, was one that was most educational. The service man, Brad, was great! He was so thorough. He educated us on our furnace that No other company had ever taken the time to explain. Brad gave us information on the importance of the color of our furnace flame, the filters and etc. Brad even took a call from us after he had all ready left because my husband and I had an additional question. Brad had true customer service skills that a lot of companies are truly lacking! ""5 STARS FOR BRAD !!!!!! and Air Excellence!
