Have been using QAS for years! Mike and Eric are extremely knowledgeable and always get the job done. When purchasing new appliances, we always call and get their feedback on what is the best brand to buy. They haven’t steered us wrong yet! In addition, we use them for our twice yearly maintenance on our HVAC system. Do yourself a favor and call them, you won’t be disappointed.

I called because i knew i needed a new belt on my dryer. Called them for appliance service. He came in and walked out doing absolutely nothing!!!! BUT...didn't forget to charge me the service fee. Did absolutely nothing and would never recommend to anyone. EVER

Mike and Eric have been maintaining our refrigerator, our heater and air conditioner for the past 10 years. I recommend them for any and all your appliance needs. They just replaced our 17 year old HVAC system today. They got here with everything they needed, got the entire syatem set up better than it was, cleaned up everything, and explained how to use the new thermostat. Give Tina a call to set up an appointment, you will be sooo happy you did.

Eric was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He found issues we weren’t aware of (AC outside not grounded!) and repaired them. I appreciated his explanation of what was wrong and what might need replaced in the future. He didn’t try to sell us a new system, even though ours is older.

We needed to trouble shoot a repeating error on our front loading Maytag washing machine which caused the machine to stop midcycle, leaving heavy, drenched clothing in a locked machine. We had changed several parts, tried what we could over several months, and starting looking at new ones. The QAS tech came out and did some diagnostics on the computer in the machine and looked at a few parts. He was honest that everything looked okay, but sometimes there are faulty computers in the machines. I asked if he sold washing machines, but he stated he did not and recommended we buy a simple no bells or whistles machine like a Speed Queen if the error continued. Luckily, since he left, we have not gotten the error. This man was prompt, affordable, pleasant and most importantly, honest. We appreciate the help and will recommend your company to anyone needing help with appliances.

I called when our a/c stopped working on a hot august day in Stl. They came over right away and even though it was 5pm, they didn’t charge me after-hours or emergency prices. Mike was the one who helped us and he was very nice and very helpful. He was so great. And then I found out they were a locally owned family business. Now I like them even more. Highly recommend.

I have used this service company for many years and have always been satisfied with their work until now. I scheduled a service call for my icemaker on 3/21/17. The icemaker had been disconnected for a floor installation. The serviceman came out, pulled out the refrigeration and checked for leaks, turned on the water and left. Two days later I called and said the icemaker was not making ice. They were to send the serviceman back out the first call on Thursday morning. He did not show up nor did I receive a call. I called again on Sunday nite and left a message and advised I needed a call back as ice maker was not working. I did not receive a call back. I am out $80.00 for the service call and nothing was fixed! Today I called another service company to come out and fix my icemaker-SOMETHING I PAID QUALITY APPLIANCE TO DO AND WASN'T DONE!!!!
