Bermuda Air Conditioning & Heating,Co. is amazing. They've been coming to my house for ONLY about 25+ years;) for my semi-annual Spring & Fall HVAC maintenance. Within that time frame I have had to replace a 20 year old furnace and really no other repairs that I can think of. I guess the semi-annual visits help! They are always on time, professional, there's not a rotation of employees, always the same great guys. In fact, the gentleman who installed my furnace recently, Joe, is the same guy that installed it in 2002! Rich is honest and fair in terms of pricing. They have also maintained some of my other family members homes. Can't say enough good things about them, so I'll stop here; they're great, highly recommend.
7/12/22 I had the worst experience calling this company and speaking with Mechell. She was extremely unprofessional and hung-up on me. I wouldn't recommend this company to clean my toilet.
I have had ac issues since I bought my house a year ago. I have had several technicians come out to see as why my house is never really “cold/cool” like it should be. Every single technician has said there was nothing wrong with my unit. Rich, the owner took it upon himself and did research on my unit without me even asking!!❤️ Rich came out to my house as a courtesy and was the ONLY person to find out what was wrong with my unit. Rich discovered that the company that installed it did it completely wrong and didn’t even hook up all the components of my ac unit and THAT IS WHY MY AIR WASN’T COLD AS IT SHOULD BE. Rich took a lot of hours out his day and truly is a blessing to me!! Rich takes a lot of pride in his work and customers which I truly appreciate. I am forever grateful for Rich at Bermuda and I will only work with this company here on out! THANK YOU SO MUCH RICH!!!! 🙏❤️
"Tall Mike" is what they call him. I REALLY appreciate the quality of service that he provided. This is our second go around nearly a year later. Good energy!!! I was the last call for the day, same as last time, I appreciate Mike for providing service, close to quitting time.

Have used Bermuda Air Conditioning & Heating for nearly 20 years on various homes and can highly recommend Rich Henderson and his team at Bermuda. They recently installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini split system in our 4 season room and, as usual, we couldnt be happier with their service.
The entire team at Bermuda Air Conditioning and Heating were amazing. They were on time, even during an extremely busy time for them, and our new a/c and furnace have saved us tons of $$$ on our utility bills. The new heat has our house on a constant temp all day long, even with the extreme cold we've had a couple of times. We also got an air "scrubber" and humidifier and they are awesome! We could not be happier with our experience!
Very prompt, professional and courteous. Joe installed our new HVAC system and was great at explaining all the functions and how they worked. Rich was great with follow up and Michelle in the office was very friendly and helpful with our paperwork. Would highly recommend.
Not only did they respond back to a VM first thing in the morning, but they called to tell me that the repairman would be running late 4 hours ahead of time. So I could adjust my life. 9 points Bermuda. Then Joe called to say he was 20 min out. Showed up on time. Was super professional. Explained what he was going to do. Did the work in 15 min as he said. Then spent 10 min explaining to me how to work the generator, what it will cost to run, his recommendations for when to run it. Then went to my electrical panel and explained all of that. 30 min done and I had my day back. And a very fair cost. As the new home owner this was entirely beyond what I expected. 91 points Bermuda. 100% recommended.
We chose Bermuda based on the excellent reputation and many years of experience when replacing our HVAC system and they did not disappoint. Rich offered many options and explained how the systems differ in a way anyone can understand, Joe did the installation professionally, you could tell he takes pride in his work and answered any questions we had about the new system. Mike Davidson, our technician, did a stellar job of servicing our aging boiler. He is thorough and experienced and we are now ready to tackle the winter months with peace of mind.
Mike was the Bermuda Heating representative that serviced my furnace today. I observed him thoroughly examine the equipment to find any defects that would prevent it from performing, producing the heat and providing us with a safe winter experience. He is a true professional. He answered any questions I ask and was respectful and couteous. I encourage Mike to keep up the good work.

I called freaking out because my ac has been leaking inside my house and my home warrany has me on a 'list' that seems to never end. Mike was so nice and my repair guy (sorry I forgot his name!) was SOOO helpful! ill forever recommend and use this company.
Bermuda has been keeping our heating and AC going reliably for many years. Had a problem with our upstairs AC unit, which they fixed quickly and at a good price. They also replaced our hot water heater during the pandemic, when we had trouble finding anyone else to do it.

Bermuda replaced our air conditioner and heating units as well as rerouting and customizing our duct work. We have zoned heating and cooling and the upstairs unit went out. Rich and Joe took great care installing and removing the old/new units and our attic has not been this clean in awhile. Not only are they a local outfit they are great people and we could not have been more pleased with the work and professionalism.
