Ben came out on a Friday night to save the day! He was great, helped us resolve the issue at hand and gave us a detailed plan for future maintenance. Super happy with the service provided.
I had the fortune of finding Ben from Joseph Heating & Cooling. The experience he provided was truly excellent. Ben ensured effective communication by informing me of his arrival time, and throughout the repair process, he maintained a high level of professionalism. He took the time to explain the issue at hand and presented me with several options to choose from. The repair work was completed promptly, and he left everything clean and tidy. I highly recommend his services for any AC repair needs.
Ken was very professional, punctual and kept me informed on what was happening as he was fixing my refrigerator. I would highly recommend him and his company to fix any appliance that you need to be fixed.
We had our central A/C replaced by Joseph Heating & Cooling and we had a very good experience with Juan and his team from the first minute that we contacted them till the end of the project everything was professional and very smooth . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BIG WASTE OF TIME! Today on 2-3-22, there is a winter storm in St.Louis, MO! Our furnace randomly shut off in the middle of the night. We woke up to the house being 50 degrees. I called Joseph Heating & Cooling and they told me they could have a tech come out for service. After about 4 hours of waiting, i decided to call to get an update, I was told they reschedule me for later in the week. Had i not called, my family and i would be waiting for hours on end with no one actually coming out. They say they guarantee satisfaction however i couldn't even speak to the manager when i asked to speak to one. THEY ARE BIG LIARS! I then called Vitt Heating and Cooling who came out immediately (literally within 20 min of me calling in) AND for a cheaper rate!!! Go to Vitt and thank me later
The workers did an excellent job installing our new AC unit!! Very friendly. The whole staff at Joseph Heating & Cooling was super amazing!! The entire process from the initial call to the very end was pleasant!! Nice to finally work with a company that's super friendly, communicates, and follows up! Definitely recommend them! On top of everything our AC works amazingly! This company is one of the finest!
Buyer Beware - if you want to company to promise that they'll come out the same day to fix your AC don't call these people If you want somebody to Dean schedule you for tomorrow appointment in the afternoon the last job and then at 12:45 p.m. cancel on you call these people Great customer service over the phone to tell you that they have to cancel on you ..........what ..........what company cancels on the customer Not impressed at all very unprofessional skill set Buyer beware

The technician who came to my house to service my heating unit was very knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. He was very polite, friendly and willing to help with another issue with my air conditioner unit outside.I was very impressed with the entire process and would definitely recommend them.
Joseph Heating & Cooling installed a new heat pump for my second floor and retro fit an entire new system into my main floor and finished basement. The guys were great to work with and showed up promptly every morning until the job was done. Top notch!!

Joseph Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job yesterday doing a maintenance check on our HVAC systems. They were very thorough and resolved several issues. I asked him if he could turn off the humidifier and he stated that he had already done so. Would hire them again.
