Don’t hesitate to call Renfrow for heat, AC or plumbing needs. My technician Robby was awesome. I had plumbing issues over the weekend and they got here fast and got the repair done.
Water heater went out and Renfrow had a great price for removal and replacement. The time scheduled was a little further out than I'd hoped for, but the professionalism and response time was well worth the wait.

I have used Renfrow for a number of both plumbing and HVAC issues. They are honest and reliable. They show up for their appointments and do a good job. Their technicians are professional and friendly and even clean up after themselves. And, their quotes are what you pay--no surprise fees when it's time to settle-up. While I hope to not need them for anything else, you can bet that if I have a plumbing or HVAC issue, Renfrow will be my first call.
We had a leaking copper pipe in our attic on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. It was tough to get any plumbing companies on the phone due to the holiday weekend. Renfrow answered right away. Their team was professional all the way through from the customer service reps, the dispatcher, and to the repair tech (Gage). Awesome group, they did a great job repairing our leaking pipe!
