Go somewhere else. This company will charge you for a service and have it break 40 days later. Then they don’t stand by their service wanting to charge more on top of it. Also they don’t support military. When asked about a military discount they said “If you use us again then next time you can have the discount”. Save yourself the headache and find another company.
I would avoid this company. I paid for duct cleaning which included the dryer vent to be cleaned as well. They did the duct cleaning but didn’t clean out the dryer vent. I called numerous times and texted their head guy and he said he would be back and then kept canceling and rescheduling. Then eventually just stopped responding altogether. I paid full price for this service but it wasn’t completed and they ignored me. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Called them last Friday in need of a tune up for my air conditioning units. Customer service rep was very nice and promptly booked me for the following Monday at 8am. Monday received a text with my technicians picture and a tracking link to see where he was in transit to my house. When my technician arrived Zavian and his assistant were fantastic. Walked me through what they were doing and kept me updated each time. Finished in an hour and replaced a wire I had faulty on one of my units. R&W are fantastic, their pricing was very affordable as well. I will only use them going forward. I cannot recommend them enough.
Beware of the EXPENSIVE service fee just to come to your home and they will try to shove a new unit AC unit down your throat unload of really trying to fix it.
I love this company and will continue to use them for the future! They are honest people with knowledge of their craft.

while they were on time and polite.. I was very disappointed to see that they charged me for “parts” when I enquired, I was shocked to find the “parts” used were their own tools required to do the job.. let’s just say that they have made their last dime off of me.
The Office Manager/Owner has to be the rudest person and needs to turn over the position to someone who is customer oriented. I was going thru my home warranty. I called RW after work. She answered the phone and rudely stated they were closed and someone would contact me the following morning. crickets. I received and email for the three best times. A werk later. Crickets. I called the home warranty over the weekend. Monday I tried again. I have company company for the holidays and the toliet is getting worse. I held for the home warranty and left a number in line to get called back. I received a text ststing this company cannot service me after a week of waiting and good luck. Needless to say I called them. A very professional gentleman was trying to speak with me while I was explaining my story and who starts speaking over both of us. The woman who answered the phone who answered the phone a week ago and never called back! I hate rude unprofessional people. I started asking her why she answered and never called back. Why they never confirmed. She stated that the hw company had not paid them in 7 months. Like this is my fault. I paid my $$$. Mentioned I would contact them next as she still went on and I wanted to know why they took the job and I am waiting a week! She got really mad. I heard her speaking really loud in the background and mentioned to the gentleman I can hear her. He tried to say it was someone else. Then he tried to say they would come out and I could pay the 195/hr myself after I explained the issues. I almost laughed at that one! She got back on the phone and started talking over us again! Said she would get the home warranty on a three way and try to get her money. At that point, I would not let her take a cup and take water from my toliet. I told her I have been an office manager and if I would have been fired or written up. This was either a family busines or she was sleeping with someone (her husband). For a water spigot repair. My husband already had it dug up for them very easy access and whenever they got here they told us they had to leave and that it would be around $400. They left for 2 hours and we had to pay them for $150 each hour. We looked up the price of the part and it was $100 less then what they charged us for. They worked on it for 30 minutes and the job was done poorly. They used plastic where metal should have been. We called them on the phone to talk about pricing and was told the price wouldn’t be outrageous. At the end they doubled the estimate price. We turned off the water to the whole home due to it gushing out of the ground and so it didn’t flood our property. My husband never left the house. He was here all day because it was a priority and they told us the price in person I called due to it being outrageous and they couldn’t do anything about it. Also was never told a fee for coming out until the end. Also water never was turned on when they left.
Our A/C had issues last night and I called RW Heating & Air at 8 am this morning and they were able to send a tech out the same day, which was a blessing. They said their tech would arrive between 12-2 today but he actually arrived earlier then the stated time. Lee was professional, knowledgeable and courteous beyond belief. He even got stung by a wasp and he continued to work to get the job done! They have earned me as a return customer and I highly recommend them if you need any type of work done.
RW service technician, Wayne, was very cordial and professional. He arrived on time, introduced himself and began to check the outdoor system. He explained to me in detail what was needed and we proceeded with the service. He made sure everything was working well. The rate was reasonable and it was a great experience working with Wayne. I gave him 2 thumbs up👍👍and a 5+. This was my 1st experience with RW and I will definitely call them again. I especially like that they send a text and picture of tech ahead of visit.Thanks Wayne and RW! You represented well! Constance Jones
Todd and John were very professional. They explained everything as they went and had our home up and running in no time. We’ll definitely use them again when the time comes.
