Chris was the lowest estimate out of him, Jackson and heblon and did a extremely neat installation. He is friendly and honest. I will be sticking with him.

Chris is absolutely phenomenal. Over the years Chris has repaired/ fixed our AC/ heat multiple times and just recently installed a new unit upstairs in our office space. The great thing about Chris is that rather than simply selling you what makes him the most, he will always try to perform simple repairs or fixes to what you have to save you as much money as possible. He is honest and fair. We will continue to use Service Plus for all of our future HVAC needs.
I thought this was the way to go but I found out 2 years later that I was wrong... I spent 2200 dollars on a used unit that was to big for my inside unit.... I was sold a 2 1/2 unit.... to go with a 2 ton unit... not only that but it was dated 2007.... I bought it from them in 2019....make a long story short.... Good work but they ripped me off now I have to replace both units all over again.... thanks for nothing Harold
Service Plus in Meridian Mississippi is a good AC company.Chris traveled to Thomasville Alabama to work on my AC unit. HE did a great job and is a knowledgeable Technician.Chris is very good in installing WiFi thermostats which I recondmend trying one.Keep up the good work Service Plus !

Air stopped working on a Friday in July. Chris came to our rescue! Prompt, attentive service with a quick diagnosis and repair. I recommend!

Service Plus promptly responded to my request for service on unit they installed 2 yrs ago. They also have kept my 25 yr old system running. They were here the next day. Great service from wonderful people.

Chris did an excellent job in fixing my ac unit which was incorrectly installed by another company. He was timely and very professional. I would definitely use this company again.
I am so thankful to this company they came out today and fix a problem that have been ongoing for years. My air conditioners drained pipe had been causing water to backup in my home. We have had damage to our floors twice and recently had new floors put down 😠 because of the water damage. Today Service Plus easily fix the problem that other companies gave false information on how to fix the problem just to make a dollar. Thank you so much Chris for taking care of our home today.
Very impressed with these guys ! I called yesterday, they were here today !! Very fast , efficient, polite. They found a simple problem, took care of it, supplied me with an easy solution to prevent it from happening again and did not over charge ! How much more can you ask for ! Yes, 5 stars !
