Called to fix furnace unit in attic. Tim spilled or kicked over retaining pan flooding the area. I have need for new insulation, big brown stain on living room ceiling. Owner will not repair. He admitted wrongdoing and even returned that day to suction water. He refuses to repair his damages. Litigation is underway against this poorly trained and unprofessional business. Wish I could've given zero stars. Terrible. Steer clear.
