Great service! Very professional!
Tech's came for an annual checkup and ran into some problems which carried on into the afternoon but they did come back and get us up and working. Both Tech's worked together, were kind, and very professional.
GREAT COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO OUR TUNE UP & SAFTEY INSPECTION ON OUR UNIT EVERY YEAR, GREAT TECHS & CHEAPEST PROPANE BOTTLE FILLS!!!
Repairman failed to provide his findings/report on unit
The service guy was polite and did an excellent and thorough job of checking our system and explaining his findings!
Don’t recommend. They take advantage of widows who they know, know nothing about doing this. Pay them for cleaning the unit and when we looked to see if they cleaned it, it wasn’t cleaned at all.

I called them 7 years ago for a quote on a new unit. They never bothered to come out. I went with another installer. I have sold my house and moved to another city. Today they called me and said they were running a $29 service special. They actually thought I still lived in Meridian! Times must be tough if they are running service specials in July! Maybe they should have treated customers nice 7 years ago.
They are very nice and are always ready to serve the customers and do a great job and will assist you with the propane tank for you. From the.fr onto desk to men that refilled the tanks are always courteous to me . The price for 5 gallon is great and beat around. I leave Rose Hill MS, to get my. tanks filled because they are the best price. More gas for your bucks and they always greet you with a smile and great service.
First of all I was quoted a price on a new 120 gal tank by Tina for $1, 123.00 and then got a call from Stan Ladd for a price on a refurbished propane tank for $1,000.00. I stated that Tina quoted that on a new one. He then stated that he couldn't talk anymore on that because she gave a price on the refurbished tanks that she wasn't suppose to. These people played with my time and energy with their lies. Something needs to be done about this descrimination.
I hate issuing businesses bad reviews, unfortunately Sanders Gas has earned this one . I reported having no gas about two weeks ago via voicemail on a Saturday and received gas that Same day (which was great) However, the tech only filled one tank, compared to both tanks. He informed me that he’d be back the following Friday to fill the next tank. Thursday came, I began to smell gas, so I reported it to the office and was informed “Friday is the day that the tech comes to your location”. I said ok was just reporting that I smelled it to do my part. Friday came .. no tech ... now on today ( the coldest day in recent AL/MS HISTORY Tuesday I RUN OUT OF GAS) I called in and was informed that no tech will be out to fill my tank, because the tech only comes in this direction on Friday. Update: the tech will be coming out today ! What I learned today: it’s important to be a regular customer . Regular customers are considered as priority and could be serviced within 24-48 hours. I recommend you guys give them a shot and see how your experience goes .
Sanders has failed to honor their warranty work and equipment agreement. They reported all parts were under 10-year warranty and I have only had the unit three years. Now, they’re saying the part which needs replacing isn’t under warranty and will be over a thousand dollars to replace. Please be very careful who you count on for your daily living services. They are falling short in their compassion and loyalty to their customers. My family has had to go through these last four months of crazy winter without central heating. 🥴
First of all, I've never written a review before. 2 years ago I went here for a refill on some propane tanks for our RV. Fast forward to last Friday, Jan 22, 2021. We had a problem with propane not flowing in the RV. I called every RV place within 50 miles and got zero help. I remembered seeing a lot of propane stuff here, like fireplaces, heaters etc and took a chance. Boy, did I go to the right place! I brought in an assembly which was immediately taken to the "back". At that time, a very well dressed man came out to help us. I assume he is one of, if not the, owner(s). He repaired our hose and tested our valve for a very reasonable fee. An hour later our hunting camp was back in hot showers, heat, and cooking ability. Life saver. I have a hard time believing anyone experienced less than that level of service. When (not if) I go back there, they will never know me from Adam, and I have no doubt I will be treated the same. Thanks for the great service - which compelled me to write my first review.
Had an elusive problem with my Heat N Glo gas logs that was particularly difficult to identify. Management and repair staff were persistent and professional in solving the problem and making the repair. Very customer centric. Highly recommend
Corrupt, unethical company. Will take advantage and rip you off. Avoid.
